|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على تبيان واقع الفلاحة في الجزائر بعد تنفيذ برنامج التجديد الفلاحي (2015-2019)، معتمدين في ذلك على أحدث الإحصائيات المرتبطة بهذا القطاع الحيوي حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن واقعه لا يزال يدور في حلقة مفرغة، وذلك بالرغم من الأموال التي صرفت له، سواء من حيث تحديث القطاع، تأهيل اليد العاملة، وتزايد التبعية الغذائية خاصة في شعبة الحبوب التي مازالت تستنزف خزينة الدولة بالعملة الصعبة.
