المستخلص: أصبح الحديث عن الإعلام والإنترنت وعلاقتهما بالمشاكل الاجتماعية وبصنع الصور العنيفة في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الشغل الشاغل للكثير من المتخصصين والمستخدمين وتجد الكثير من هؤلاء يتناولون في بحوثهم وموضوعاتهم العنف والتعامل اللاودي الذي يكون الإعلام الحديث ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وسيلة يتوسل به مرتكبي الأعمال العنيفة ضد المجتمع وبالأخص ضد المرأة، تتعرض المرأة في معظم المجتمعات إلى العديد من المشاكل كالتهميش والعنف وخصوصا في المجتمعات المتخلفة التي تتعامل بدونية مع المرأة والتي قد يكون أسس وأصول هذا التعامل غير العادل هو انخفاض الوعي وسيطرة العادات والتقاليد القديمة والتوجيهات الدينية التي لا تجد المرأة مساويا للرجل، وقد أدى وجود هذه القناعة إلى أن تتجاوز هذه القناعة حدود الفكر وأصبح الآن تمارس ضد المرأة بمختلف الطرق والوسائل، ووصل الأمر إلى التوسل بتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة لممارسة العنف ضد المرأة وتكبدت المرأة من جراء هذا التعامل العنيف من قبل الرجل والمرأة خسائر كبيرة كالابتعاد عن استخدام تلك الوسائل وعدم الاستفادة من حسنات التكنولوجيا خوفا من تعرض المرأة للاساة والعنف وخصوصا في المجتمعات التي تكون نسبة الجهل والبطالة والحريات الاجتماعية في مستويات متدنية، إذ من الممكن أن يتسبب خبر مفبرك أو صورة أو صوت أو فيديو غير حقيقي في خلق مشاكل اجتماعية كبيرة إذا كانت المرأة موضوع هذا الخبر أو تلك الصورة، وقد سهلت التكنولوجيا طرق ارتكاب الجرائم وخصوصا بعد انتشار الأجهزة اللوحية والموبايلات ورخص أسعارها وانتشار التطبيقات التي تجعل من المستخدم قادرا على إعادة تحرير وخلق الأحداث بشكل سهل وبأقل التكاليف ونشره على أوسع نطاق في أقصر مدة ممكنة، وأصبحت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعية إحدى هذه الوسائل تستخدم أحيانا في غير محلها وهي بهذا تصبح مسهلة لارتكاب الجرائم والعنف ضد الآخر وخصوصا ضد المرأة. في هذا البحث نحاول التركيز على هذه المشكلة والتي تتعرض المرأة فيها للعنف الإلكتروني عن طريق الإعلام الحديث وبالأخص عن طريق مواقع التواصل الاجتماعية ونحاول إيجاد آليات وطرق ارتكاب هذه الأساليب ضد المرأة عن طريق استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمسحي والتحليلي لعدد كبير من النساء الصحفيات والناشطات المدنيات في المجالات السياسية والاجتماعية في إقليم كوردستان العراق إذ أن الجرائم الإلكترونية في الإقليم قد تخطت الحدود وقد لا يمر يوم دون حدوث العديد من هذه الجرائم بحق المواطنين وقد ركزنا في بحثنا على العنف الموجه ضد المرأة.

In this research, we try to focus on this problem in which women are exposed to electronic violence through modern media, especially through social media, and we try to find mechanisms and ways to commit these methods against women by using the descriptive, survey and analytical approach of a large number of women journalists and civic activists in political fields And social and social crimes in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, as cyber crimes in the region have crossed borders, and not a day may pass without the occurrence of many of these crimes against citizens. We have focused in our research on violence directed against women.
