|a اهتم البحث بدراسة القطاع الصناعي في محافظة صلاح الدين من خلال مؤشرات عدد العاملين وعدد المنشآت وقيمة الإنتاج، ومقارنتها ببقية المحافظات العراقية، حيث انطلق البحث من فرضية مفادها بان الصناعة في محافظة صلاح الدين لم ترتقي بمستوى المحافظات العراقية بهذه المؤشرات، ولم تستعد عافيتها بهذه المؤشرات لعام 2000، كما يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع القطاع الصناعي في محافظة صلاح الدين، ولتحقيق هدف وفرضية البحث تم تقسيمه إلى أربعة مباحث، كان الأول بعنوان بعض المفاهيم الأساسية للصناعة والثاني واقع القطاع الصناعي في محافظة صلاح الدين والثالث واقع مؤشرات القطاع الصناعي في محافظة صلاح الدين والرابع الأفاق المستقبلية للقطاع الصناعي في محافظة صلاح الدين، وتوصل البحث إلى اهم الاستنتاجات منها أن القطاع الصناعي في محافظة صلاح الدين لم يرتقي إلى مستوى المحافظات العراقية، وكانت تحتل مراتب متدنية بين المحافظات العراقية، كما أوصى البحث تفعيل دور الرقابة والسيطرة لضمان سير ونمو القطاع الصناعي في المحافظة بعيدا عن التلاعب بجودة المنتج والأسعار والغش ..الخ.

|b The research focused on studying the industrial sector in Salah al-Din Governorate through indicators of the number of employees, the number of establishments and the value of production, and comparing them with the other of the Iraqi governorates, Where the research started from the hypothesis that the industry in Salah al-Din Governorate did not raise the level of the Iraqi governorates with these indicators and It did not recover from these indicators for the year 2000, The research also aims to identify the reality of the industrial sector in Salah al-Din Governorate In order to achieve the goal and hypothesis of the research, it was divided into four sections, the first was entitled some basic concepts of industry, the second was the reality of the industrial sector in Salah al-Din Governorate, the third was the reality of industrial sector indicators in Salah al-Din Governorate, and the fourth was the future and prospects for the industrial sector in Salah al-Din Governorate, The research reached the most important conclusions, including that the industrial sector in Salah al-Din Governorate did not rise to the level of the Iraqi provinces, The research also recommended activating the role of control and control to ensure the functioning and growth of the industrial sector in the governorate away from tampering with product quality, prices and fraud ... etc.
