|a يتناول هذا العنوان بالدراسة حقيقة ظهور الأعراب الذي تم توظيفه في البيئة اللغوية مرجعية لغوية تلعب دور القاضي الذي يفصل في الخلافات اللغوية بين العرب ففي المرحلة الأولى من مراحل الدرس اللغوي دخل الأعراب عهدا جديدا حتى غدا استحضارهم عند الأوائل ظاهرة تستحق الوقوف عليها، فالأمثلة التي أسندت لهم والحجج التي أقيمت على حضورهم تحتاج النظر والتأمل. وقد جمعت الدراسة أمثلة مختلفة حاول علماء اللغة إثبات أفكار محددة من ورائها، أو تأكيد توجهاتهم عن طريق إسنادها للأعراب، فجاءت غالب تلك الأمثلة من باب المشهور في لغة العرب قياسا واستعملا كما هي في أصول الفكر اللغوي، من هنا عمدت هذه الدراسة لتقديم تصور علمي دقيق لذلك الحضور القوي للأعراب، ولسلطتهم وللتوظيف المثير للشك في بعض الأحيان بكيفية تناسب حاجة مستحضريها وتخدم أفكارهم.

|b This title deals with the study of the fact that the Bedouins, who have been employed in the linguistic environment, appear as a linguistic reference that plays the role of a judge who separates linguistic disputes between Arabs. In the first stage of the stages of the linguistic lesson, the Bedouin entered a new era until their invocation at the first time became a phenomenon worthy of standing on, as the examples that were assigned to them .The arguments for their attendance need consideration and reflection. The study collected various examples, linguists tried to prove specific ideas behind them, or confirm their orientations by assigning them to the Bedouin, so most of these examples came from the door of the famous in the Arabic language by analogy and used as they are in the origins of linguistic thought, hence this study was intended to present an accurate scientific perception of that. The strong presence of the Bedouins, their authority and the sometimes suspicious employment of how it suits the needs of their contemporaries and serves their ideas.
