المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على خاتم النبيين ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين. أما بعد: فإن هذا الموضوع له الأهمية البالغة لمكانة الصحابة في هذا الدين، وما لهم من مزية ومكانة علية ولإدراج بعض المسائل التي ليست منه كأثر لهذا الخلاف، وعدم وجود جمع شامل لأثر الخلاف في حجية قول الصحابي في باب من أبواب الفقه، وكيف ظهرت حجية قول الصحابي في أبواب النفقات والحضانة والرضاع؛ فكان من أهداف البحث بيان الفروع الفقهية في مسائل النفقات والحضانة والرضاع ومحاولة حصرها، واتبعت في ذلك المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي المقارن. وقد جاء هذا البحث في مقدمة ومطلبين، وقد تضمن المطلب الأول: تطبيقات في مسائل النفقات، والمطلب الثاني: تطبيقات في مسائل الحضانة والرضاع، وقد تبين أن العلماء احتجوا بقول الصحابي في مسائل النفقات والحضانة والرضاع، وأن لقول الصحابي أثرا في مسائل النفقات والحضانة والرضاع، وأن العلماء يحتجون بقول الصحابي في الجملة.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may Allah’s prayers and blessings be upon the Seal of the Prophets and those who followed them in the best manner until the Day of Judgment. This topic is of great importance because of the position and merits of the Companions in this religion, and the inclusion of some issues that are not from it as an effect of this dispute, the lack of a comprehensive collection of the impact of the dispute on the authoritative statement of the companion in one of the chapters of jurisprudence, and how the authoritative statement of the companion appeared in the chapters of alimony, custody and breastfeeding. Of the objectives of this study was to clarify the jurisprudential subtopics in matters of alimonies, custody and breastfeeding and try to identify these matters. To achieve these objectives, I followed the comparative analytical and inductive methodologies. This research has an introduction and two themes. The first theme included applications in matters of alimonies, and the second theme was about the applications in matters of custody and breastfeeding. It has been noted that the scholars argued using the companion’s opinion in the issues of alimonies, custody and breastfeeding, that companion’s opinion had an impact on the issues of alimonies, custody and breastfeeding, and that scholars rely on the companion’s statement in general.
