المستخلص: نستطيع وصف عصرنا الحالي بعصر الهجرة، نظرا لتزايد أعداد المهاجرين الذين يغادرون أوطانهم بسبب عدم الاستقرار السياسي والحروب والمجاعات؛ باحثين عن حياة أفضل وساعين لتحقيق أحلامهم في فضاءات اجتماعية جديدة. تستهدف الورقة العلمية استقصاء تأثير ظاهرة الهجرة والأزمة الصحية لفيروس كورونا-كوفيد 19-على ظروف إقامة المهاجرين إلى أوروبا. يتبنى البحث المقاربة الاستنباطية؛ وذلك بالانطلاق من القراءات المقامة حول الموضوع وصولا إلى تحديد مختلف الآثار والتداعيات الصحية والسياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية على وضعية المهاجرين. تناول البحث ظاهرة الهجرة والأزمة الصحية لفيروس كوفيد 19؛ من خلال التعرض للتصور النظري لظاهرة الهجرة وأشكالها، ثم لتحدي الأزمة الصحية والحماية الاجتماعية للمهاجرين، فالتأثيرات والتداعيات المترتبة. يخلص البحث إلى كون الأزمة الصحية قد جعلت من وضعية المهاجرين صعبة وشاقة في البلدان المستقبلة. التي بدورها تواجه ضغوطات دولية ومطالب من تنظيمات الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان؛ من أجل تلبية احتياجات المهاجرين وتأمين ظروف حياة مقبولة وإنسانية. توصي الورقة البحثية بضرورة توفير الرعاية الصحية للمهاجرين وتحسين ظروفهم الاقتصادية وحمايتهم من سوء المعاملة والعنصرية والوصم. مساعدتهم على الاندماج الثقافي والاجتماعي داخل المجتمع الجديد والوقوف ضد السياسات المعارضة للهجرة. أيضا العمل على تفعيل دور هيئة الأمم المتحدة والتنظيمات الحقوقية من أجل المطالبة بتوفير الحماية للمهاجرين في المعابر الحدودية والمرافئ، وأخيرا الدعوة إلى مراجعة القوانين التي تسمح بالمحافظة على حقوق المهاجرين اللاجئين.

We can describe our present time as the era of migration, considering the number of immigrants who leave their countries because of political instability, famine, and wars; to seek a better life and realize their dreams in new spaces. The objective of this scientific sheet is to conduct research on the effect of the migration phenomenon and the Covid 19 virus health crisis on the living conditions of immigrants in Europe. The research takes the deductive approach; We start from readings on the theme in order to define the different effects and repercussions of the migration phenomenon and the Covid 19 virus pandemic on the situation of immigrants. This universal health crisis has made their situation difficult in the host countries. The latter, for their part, are also confronted with international pressure, as well as with requests from human rights organizations, to meet the needs of immigrants and provide them with humane living conditions. The research recommends improving the health and economic situation of immigrants, helping them to achieve cultural and social integration into the new society. As well as the fight against the anti migration policy and the activation of the role of the United Nations and other organizations for the protection of immigrants, and finally the urgent need to revise the laws that will allow them to preserve their rights.

Nous pouvons décrire notre époque actuelle comme l’époque de la migration, vu le nombre des immigrants qui quittent leur pays à cause de l’instabilité politique, la famine, et les guerres; pour chercher une vie meilleure et réaliser leurs rêves dans des nouveaux espaces. L’objectif de cette feuille scientifique est de mener une recherche sur l’effet du phénomène migratoire et de la crise sanitaire de virus la Covid 19 sur les conditions de vie des immigrants en Europe. La recherche adopte l’approche déductive ; nous partons de lectures faites sur le thème afin d’arriver à définir les différents effets et répercussions du phénomène migratoire et de la pandémie de virus Covid 19 sur la situation des immigrants. Cette crise sanitaire universelle a rendu leur situation difficile dans les pays d’accueil. Ces derniers sont pour leur part également confrontés aux pressions internationales, ainsi qu'aux demandes des organisations de défense des droits de l'homme, pour subvenir aux besoins des immigrants et leur fournir des conditions de vie humaines. La recherche recommande l’amélioration de la situation sanitaire et économique des immigrants, les aider à l’intégration culturelle et sociale dans la nouvelle société. Ainsi que la lutte contre la politique anti migratoire et l’activation du rôle de Nations unis et des autres organisations pour la protection des immigrants, et enfin l’urgence de réviser les lois qui permettront de préserver leurs droits.
