أهداف البحث: (1)- التعريف بهذه القاعدة ومكانتها عند المفسرين وتطبيقهم لها. (2)- إبراز القيمة العلمية لهذه القاعدة. (3)- بيان أثر هذه القاعدة في تفسير جزء عم للعلامة ابن عثيمين. (4)- دراسة نماذج من تطبيقات هذه القاعدة عند العلامة ابن عثيمين. وهذه الدراسة تتكون من جانبين: الجانب النظري: وتم فيه بيان ألفاظ القاعدة وتعريفها، ومكانة القاعدة عند علماء التفسير، واستخدامهم لها، وتم إيراد الأمثلة الكافية لبيان هذا المقصد. والجانب التطبيقي: وهو دراسة هذه القاعدة في تفسير جزء عم للعلامة محمد بن صالح ابن عثيمين، وتم إيراد بعض المسائل ودراستها دراسة وصفية مقارنة نقدية. أهم نتائج البحث: (1)- أهمية هذه القاعدة في التفسير ومكانتها عند المفسرين. (2)- أثر هذه القاعدة في تدبر القرآن وسعة المعاني وتعددها. (3)- رسوخ العلامة ابن عثيمين في علم التفسير وانضباط منهجه من الانحراف العقدي أو السلوكي.
Research Aims: (1)- Introducing this rule and its importance in the eyes of al-mufasireen and their application of it. (2)- Identification of the scientific value of this rule. (3)- Explation of the effect of this rule on the interpretation of Juzu Amma. (4)- studying aspects of Ibn Uthaimeen’s applications of this rule. This study consists of tow aspects: A)- The Theoretical Aspect: In this part, the expressions and meaninigs of the rule were given, as well as the importance of the rule in the eyes of scholars of interpretation and their use of it. Sufficient examples were provided to illustrate this theme. B)- The Practical Aspect: This aspect is concerned with studying the rule as applied in the interpretation of Juzu’Amma by Allama Mohammad Ibn Salih ibn Uthaimeen. Some issues were stated and studied in a descriptive, comparative, and analytical manner. The Most Important Results of the Research: (1)- The significance of this interpretation and its importance in the eyes of the interpreters. (2)- The impact of this rule on understanding the Holy Quran and the expansiveness and multiplicity meanings. (3)- The steadfastness of Allamah Ibn Uthaimeen in the realm of interpretation and the freedom of his approach from ideological and behavioral disparity.
