|a تزامنا مع تفشي فيروس كورونا كوفيد -19 حول العالم وتحوله إلى أزمة صحية عالمية، تزايدت التقارير عن العنصرية تجاه مجتمعات محددة من الدول، كما اتسع نطاق الكراهية تجاه الأجانب ليمس أعداد كبيرة من المهاجرين مع اختلاف فئاتهم، فالتداعيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والصحية والنفسية لهذه الأزمة الصحية لم تقتصر على المواطنين الأصليين للدول فالمهاجرون أيضا نالوا نصيبهم من نفس الآثار بالإضافة إلى تعاملهم مع أزمة كراهية ومشاعر مناهضة وتمييز في الحقوق الأساسية للإنسان. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى شرح ظاهرة كراهية الأجانب ومعرفة أسبابها ودوافعها خلال أزمة فيروس كورونا لتحديد التأثيرات التي خلفتها على الجهود العالمية للتصدي للوباء من خلال استعراض بعض الحوادث التي تعرض لها المهاجرون كما تحاول الدراسة رصد تأثيرات الفيروس على المهاجرين وتجربة الهجرة بشكل مباشر، لتخلص الدراسة في الأخير إلى ضرورة التصدي إلى ظاهرة الكراهية ومعاداة الأجانب من خلال التمسك بتوصيات بعض المنظمات الدولية وعدم السماح بانتهاكات في حق المهاجر مهما كانت الظروف التي أدت به إلى ترك مكان إقامته.

|d Simultaneous with the outbreak of coronavirus around the world and its transformation into a global health crisis, reports of racism towards specific societies increased, and the reach of xenophobia expanded to affect large numbers of migrants, so the economic, social, health and psychological implications of this global health crisis did Confined to the citizens, migrants also had their share the same effects, and in addition to dealing with hate crisis, anti-migrations, and discrimination in basic human rights. This study aims to explain the phenomenon of xenophobia and its causes during the Cornavirus crisis, to determine its consequences on the global efforts towards the pandemic by reviewing some of the incidents that migrants have been exposed to. Finally, the study concludes with the need to address xenophobia by adhering to recommendations of some international organizations and not allowing violations of the right of migrants, whatever the circumstances that led them to leave his place of residence.
