المستخلص: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع الهجرة غير الشرعية لدى الشباب الجزائري والهدف الأساسي منها، هو تشخيص الأسباب الحقيقية التي تقف وراء الهجرة غير الشرعية للشباب الجزائري نحو ضفة شمال المتوسط وأثارها الخطيرة على حياته، إذ من خلال هذا الموضوع تطرقنا لتحديد مفهوم الهجرة غير الشرعية، وأهم الوسائل المستخدمة فيها، كما تم تحديد أهم دوافع الهجرة المتمثلة في: السكن والبطالة وتدني الأجور والفقر وكيف أثرت هذه العوامل على نفسية الشباب الجزائري وجعلته يغامر بحياته؛ وقد تم تشخيص هذا الواقع باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحديد أهم خصائص الهجرة من المنهج الإحصائي الذي استخدمناه في تحديد مؤشرات الدافعة للهجرة؛ كما تم أيضا الاستعانة بمنهج دراسة حالة باعتبار أن موضوع يتعلق بالشباب الجزائري؛ وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة لنقطة جوهرية أن الهجرة غير الشرعية ارتبطت بالعوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتي ينبغي مواجهتها بالتنمية والاستثمار في الرأسمال البشري.

This study deals with the subject of illegal immigration for young Algerians and its main objective is to identify the real causes behind the illegal immigration of Algerian youth towards the Mediterranean and its serious consequences on their lives, through this topic we discuss the concept of illegal immigration and its most used means, besides, the most important reasons have been identified as: housing, unemployment, low wages, poverty and how these factors have influenced the minds of young Algerians and pushed them to risk their lives. and this reality was diagnosed using the descriptive method to identify the most important characteristics of immigration, and statistical methods to identify the indications that encourage immigration; and also using a case-study approach considering that the subject concerns young Algerians; and this study revealed a crucial point, immigration has been associated with socio economic factors that should be countered with development and investment in human capital.

Cette étude traite le sujet de l’immigration clandestine pour les jeunes Algériens et a pour principal objectif d’identifier les véritables causes qui sont derrière l’immigration clandestine de la jeunesse algérienne vers la méditerrané et ses graves conséquences sur leurs vies, à travers ce thème nous abordons le concept de l’immigration clandestine et ses moyens les plus utilisés, également les motifs les plus importants ont été identifiés telles que : le logement, le chômage, les bas salaires, la pauvreté et comment ces facteurs ont influencé le mentale des jeunes Algériens et les ont poussé à risquer leurs vies. Et cette réalité a été diagnostiquée en utilisant la méthode descriptive pour désigner les plus importantes caractéristiques de l’immigration, et les méthodes statistiques pour désigner les indications qui incitent à l’immigration ; et aussi en faisant recours à une approche d’étude de cas étant donné que le sujet concerne les jeunes Algériens ; et cette étude a révélé un point capital, que l’immigration a été associée à des facteurs socioéconomiques qu’il faudrait combattre avec le développement et les investissements dans le capital humain.
