المستخلص: قال الله تبارك وتعالى في آية ".. لَا رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ " إن كل رطب ويابس في العالم يكون في "كتاب مبين" فآراء المفسرين والمحققين في تبيين معنى "كتاب مبين" مختلفة نظرا إلى الروايات والاستدلال العقلي؛ فبعض بعد تبيين مفهوم لفظ "مفاتح الغيب" يرى اتحاد معنى "كتاب مبين" و "مفاتح الغيب" نظرا إلى مكان علم الله تعالى، وبعض يعتقد أن "كتاب مبين" علمه تعالى في الخلق الذي يكون معنى "لوح محفوظ"، وبعض أنه بمعنى "إمام مبين" أو "قرآن كريم" وأمثالهما. هذا التحقيق يفحص عن آراء المتعددة على نهج التوصيفي والتحليلي وبعد معرفة الأصل والبناء في المطلب يبحث عن مسألة حقيقة "كتاب مبين" نظراً إلى مراتب علم الله تعالى فوجد أن "كتاب مبين" مرتبة من مراتب علمه تعالى وأنه أول مرتبة علمه في مقام فعله بعد مرتبة بسيط الحقيقة.

The Almighty God states in the verse "…and nor anything fresh or withered but it is in a manifest book" that all things of the universe is absolutely in the Book of Enlightenment; therefore, commentators and scholars, using narrations and rational reasoning, have offered various opinions in the semantics of the Book of Enlightenment. Some of them, after explaining the concept of "keys of the unseen", point to the similarity of the meaning of the "Book of Enlightenment" and "Keys of the Unseen" at the beginning of the verse considering the position of God's knowledge. Some commentators have taken the Book of Enlightenment to mean divine knowledge of creation which is the same with the "Preserved Tablet", and others regard it as "Imam Mobin" [a clear book] or "Holy Quran" and the like. In the present study, different perspectives have been reviewed in a descriptiveanalytical method, and finally, by recognizing the root of the discussion, the issue of the truth of the Book of Enlightenment has been analyzed in the levels of divine knowledge and the Book of Enlightenment itself has been analyzed as a level of divine knowledge and has been placed and found as the first level in the position of the obligatory knowledge in reality, which is after the level of simple truth.
