المستخلص: This thesis consists of an introduction, two parts, a conclusion, and tables of content. 1- Introduction: it includes the importance of the thesis subject and reasons for its selection, research plan, methodology of editing, and review of literature. 2- First Part: the study which consists of four chapters: Chapter one: Tafsir al-Jalalayn Quranic exegesis which includes three topics: First Topic: biography of Al-Jalal Al-Mahalli Second Topic: biography of Jalal As-Suyuti Third Topic: a brief on Tafsir al-Jalalayn with a section on its annotations. Chapter Two: introducing the Qorrat Al-Ain wa Nozhat Al-Fouad annotation and its author. It includes two topics: First Topic: biography of the author Second Topic: the era of the author, and its political and cultural conditions Chapter Three: studying the Qorrat Al-Ain wa Nozhat Al-Fouad annotation which comprises seven topics: Topic One: editing the book title and verifying that it is attributed to its author Topic Two: the scholarly value of the book Topic Three: a comparison between the annotation of Al-Nabarawi and the most famous annotation of Tafsir Al-Jalalayn Topic Four: the author's book resources Topic Five: the author's methodology in the edited part. Topic Six: examples of author's objections to Al-Jalalayn and his Selections Topic Seven: the most important points of criticism raised against the annotation through the edited part. Chapter Four: studying the manuscript. It has two sub-topics: Topic One: a detailed description of the manuscript with respect to the writing, paper, and leather. Topic Two: samples of the manuscript copies. 3- Part Two: text editing. It comprises ten chapters: Chapter one: editing the exegesis of Al-Mutaffifeen and Al-Inshiqaq Suras (chapters) Chapter Two: editing the exegesis of Al-Burooj, At-Tariq, and Al-A'la Suras Chapter Three: editing the exegesis of Al-Ghashiyah, Al-Fajr, and Al-Balad Suras Chapter Four: editing the exegesis of Ash-Shams, Al-Lail, Ad-Dhuha, and Ash-Sharh Suras Chapter Five: editing the exegesis of Al-Teen, al-`Alaq, Al-Qadr, and Al-Bayyinah Suras Chapter Six: editing the exegesis of Az-Zalzala, Al-Adiyat, Al-Qari`ah, and At-Takathur Suras Chapter Seven: editing the exegesis of Al-Asr, Al-Humazah, Al-Feel, and Quraish Suras Chapter Eight: editing the exegesis of Al-Maa'oun, Al-Kawthar, Al-Kafiroun, and An-Nasr Suras Chapter Nine: editing the exegesis of Al-Masad, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and, Al-Nas Suras Chapter Ten: editing the exegesis of Al-Fatiha Sura
