المستخلص: لمست الباحثة من خلال عملها ضعف استفادة طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال من بعض المقررات الخاصة بأصول التربية، كما أشارت بعض الدراسات ومنها دراسة (فرماوي محمد فرماوي، ١٩٩٠)، ودراسة (حسن محمد حسان وهدى محمود الناشف، ١٩٩٢، ٧١) إلى وجود بعض المقررات مثل: الأصول الفلسفية للتربية غير مفيدة في برنامج الإعداد وهذا كان من وجهة نظر الخريجات ويجب حذفها من برنامج الإعداد، مع إضافة مقررات بدلا منها في مجال أصول تربية الطفل تساعدهن في الواقع العملي مع الأطفال داخل الروضات. هذا ما دفع الباحثة إلى ضرورة التعرف على واقع مقررات أصول تربية الطفل في برامج إعداد معلمة رياض الأطفال ببعض كليات التربية في مصر. لما لذلك من أهمية بالغة وتأثير على فعالية قيام معلمات رياض الأطفال بأدوارهن المنوطة القيام بها من ناحية، وفعالية العملية التربوية في رياض الأطفال من ناحية أخرى، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المعتمد على أسلوب تحليل المحتوى في تحليل بعض لوائح الإعداد للتعرف على واقع هذه المقررات من برامج الإعداد. توصل البحث إلى تقديم قائمة مقترحة بمقررات أصول تربية الطفل موزعة على سنوات الإعداد الأربعة، وهذه المقررات مصبوغة بصبغة الطفولة، وسوف تخدم معلمة رياض الأطفال في عملها مع الأطفال بالروضة، كما أوصي البحث بتوصيف مقررات هذه القائمة والعمل بها بعد تحويل أقسام وشعب رياض الأطفال بكليات التربية إلى كليات رياض أطفال متخصصة، وانتقاء أفضل العناصر للالتحاق بها.

The researcher noticed through her work the low level of students kindergarten department graduating from some private assets Education courses, also she noted some studies including Faramawy Mohammed Faramawy study in 1990, the study "Hassan Mohamed Hassan, Huda Mahmoud dry in 1992," that there were some courses, such as :Philosophical Foundations of Education is useful in the preparation of the program and this was from' the standpoint of the graduates and should be deleted from the setup program, with the addition of decisions ‘rather than in the field of child-rearing assets will help them in practice with the children inside the kindergarten. This prompted the researcher to the need to recognize the reality of the decisions of the assets of the child in the preparation of kindergarten teacher some colleges of education in Egypt breeding programs. As this has a great importance and impact on the effectiveness of the kindergarten teachers their roles vested to do the one hand, and the effectiveness of the educational process in the kindergarten on the other hand, the researcher used the descriptive approach based on content analysis method in the analysis of some of the regulations setting to get to know the reality of these decisions the setup programs. The research provide a list of proposed decisions of the assets of child-rearing spread over the four years of preparation, and these decisions are dyed nature of childhood, and will serve kindergarten teacher in her work with kindergarten children. I also recommend Find the characterization of the decisions of this list and work out after converting sections and the people of kindergarten education colleges to colleges specialized kindergartens, and the selection of the best elements to enroll.
