المستخلص: جاء هذا البحث بعنوان (التفسير المصلحي للنصوص)، ويهدف فيه الباحث إلى تحرير مفهوم التفسير المصلحي للنصوص، وبيان محدداته المنهجية والعلمية، وذكر أبرز مجالاته وموارده، والوقوف على بعض مآلاته. واتبع الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي الجامع بين تتبع المعلومات وعرضها للوصول إلى النتائج المنشودة، والرجوع فيه إلى المصادر الأصلية، والالتزام بقواعد البحث العلمي المتعارف عليها في النقل والعزو والتوثيق والاقتباس، وعرض قضايا البحث الأساسية وفق منهج جمهور الأصوليين، ثم التقويم والنقد للمناهج المخالفة في ضوء هذا المنهج. وختم الباحث هذا الموضوع بجملة من النتائج والتوصيات، فمن أهم النتائج: التفسير المصلحي المعتدل للنصوص هو لون من ألوان التفسير المشروع للوحي، ثم هو تفعيل لوظيفة المقاصد، وتمتين لعلاقتها بنصوص الشارع، وأيضا هو قضية لها ضوابطها ومحدداتها الموضوعية الحاكمة على توظيفها، واستثمارها. ومن أهم التوصيات: ضرورة استقراء اجتهادات الصحابة رضي الله عنهم ومن بعدهم في الأخذ بالتفسير المصلحي للنصوص، وشدة الحاجة إلى دراسة مركزية النص الشرعي في التفسير المصلحي للنصوص، وإثراء ذلك بالنماذج والأمثلة التطبيقية، أيضا أهمية جمع أبرز المزالق في التفسيرات المعاصرة للنصوص، وشدة الحاجة إلى بحث العلاقة وتوطيدها بين مسالك التعليل ومقاصد التشريع، وبيان خطورة الدعوة إلى توهين هذه الصلة.

This research came under the title (The Objective Interpretation of Texts), in which the researcher aims to liberate the concept of the Objective Interpretation of Texts, and to explain its methodological and scientific determinants, mentioning its most prominent fields and resources, and identifying some of its outcomes. In this research, the researcher followed the deductive analytical method that combines tracking information and presenting it to reach the desired results, referring to the original sources, and adhering to the generally accepted rules of scientific research regarding its narration, attribution, authentication and quotation, and presenting the basic research issues according to the methodology of the majority of Fundamentalists, then evaluating and criticizing the dissenting approaches in light of this approach. The researcher concluded this topic with a number of findings and recommendations. The most important findings included: the moderate objective interpretation of texts is among the types of legitimate interpretation of revelation, and it is an activation of the function of objectives, and a strengthening of its relationship with the (Shāriʿ) legislator’s texts, It is also an issue that has its own objective controls and determinants that govern its employment and investment. Among the most important recommendations included: the necessity of extrapolating the personal reasoning of the Companions, (may Allah be pleased with them) and those who come after them, in adopting the objective interpretation of texts, and the severity of the need to study the centrality of the legal text in the objective interpretation of texts, enriching this with samples and practical examples, as well as the importance of gathering the most prominent pitfalls in contemporary interpretations of texts, and the severity of the need to examine and consolidate the relationship between the means of reasoning and the purposes of legislation, and showing the danger of the Daʿwah to attenuate this link.
