يعالج هذا البحث نظام العروض العربي من منظور ثنائية «السماع والقياس»، وهي الثنائية التي جرى تطبيقها في بعض فروع العربية دون بعض؛ فقد ظهرت بشكل كبير في النحو والصرف، فضلا عن الدرس المعجمي، وغابت عن الدرس العروضي بشكل لافت للنظر، وهو ما يمنح دراستها في إطار الدرس العروضي مشروعية بحثية، وناقش بعد ذلك جملة الفروض التي قدمت لهذا النظام. وقد بين البحث أبعاد السماع في النظام العروضي العربي، وتطبيقاته المختلفة. وقدم تخطيطا للنظام العروضي الذي يتشكل من الأحكام العروضية القياسية المختلفة، ودراسة تقويمية لأبرز التصورات التي طرحت لدراسته من منظور الأنظمة العروضية في مختلف اللغات، ثم قدم تصوره عن النظام العروضي. ويتمثل منهج الدراسة في تحديد المفاهيم الأساسية والجديدة، ومناقشة أثرها في النظام العروضي، ثم بيان التطبيقات التي تمثل جانب السماع في النظام العروضي العربي، ثم تحليلها وتصنيفها، ومناقشة تفسيرها، تخطيط النظام العروضي العربي من منظور الأنظمة العروضية لمختلف اللغات، ومناقشة أبرز الفرضيات التي قدمت له، ثم عرض فرضية البحث الخاصة بهذا النظام العروضي. وينتهي البحث بتقديم صورة كلية عن نظامنا العروضي بشقيه السماعي والقياسي، ودراسة أبرز فرضياته دراسة تقويمية، ثم تقديم نظرية عن أبعاد النظام العروضي في تصور الخليل بمستوياته المختلفة، وأساسه، والمعايير المختلفة هذا الأساس العروضي، نظام العروض العربي، ومدى صلاحية الفرضيات للنظام العروضي.
This paper deals with the Arabic prosodic system from the perspective of “irregularity and regularity”, which has been applied in some disciplines of Arabic. It appeared greatly in syntax and morphology, in addition to the lexical study, and was remarkably absent from Prosody. Applying the irregularity and regularity in it grants them a research legitimacy. It discussed the hypotheses that were presented for this system and clarified the dimensions of irregularity in Prosody investigating its various types. It outlined the prosodic system formed by the prosodic regularities, and introduced a critical study for the most prominent perceptions that were put forward to study this prosodic system from the perspective of the prosodic systems in various languages. Then, it presented its perception of the prosodic system. The study approach is to define the basic and new concepts, discuss their impact in the prosodic system, analyze the irregularities of it classifying them, discuss their interpretation, outline the system from the perspective of the prosodic systems of different languages, and discuss the most prominent assumptions presented to it. Then the paper presented its hypothesis for it. Thus, the paper presents a holistic image of our prosodic system, in its two aspects, irregular and regular, evaluating its most prominent hypotheses, and presents a theory about the prosodic system according to the perception of AL Khalil with its different levels, basis, different standards for this prosodic system, the Arabic prosodic system, and the validity of the hypotheses of this system.
