المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة حالة بالتطبيق على المحافظات الواقعة في نطاق جامعة المجمعة للتعرف على اتجاهات متخصصي الدراسات الشرعية نحو القراءة بالتجويد، والكشف عن أسباب تفاوت هذه الاتجاهات، ووضع حلول للمشكلات التي ظهرت من خلال البحث. واشتمل البحث على مقدمة وقسمين: نظري، وتطبيقي؛ فالنظري عرفت فيه التجويد تعريفا محررا، وبينت منزلته، وثمرة الأخذ به، ورأي العلماء فيه. أما التطبيقي فوصفت فيه مجتمع الدراسة، وعينة الدراسة، وحللت البيانات، واختبرت الفرضيات. ثم ختمت البحث بالنتائج والتوصيات. ومن أبرز النتائج: أن اتجاهات رأي المبحوثين لم تتفق حول وجود علاقة قوية بين أحكام التجويد وبين لهجات العرب، كما أن هناك شريحة لا يستهان بها ترى أن أحكام التجويد حادثة عن زمن نزول القران ورغم ذلك يرى كثيرون أن له أثرا في استقامة لسان التالي وفي الإعانة على فهم كلام الله. وكان من أبرز التوصيات: تنبغي التوعية بحقيقة مسائل التجويد وإظهار ارتباطها الوثيق بلهجات العرب. وكذلك العناية بإدخال علل الأحكام التجويدية في أثناء دراسة الجانب النظري منه، وعمل دراسة تعنى بإبراز أثر التجويد في فهم معاني كلام الله.

This research is a case study has been applied in the provinces where different colleges of Majmaah University are located. The study aims at identifying the different trends of specialist (in legitimate studies) towards the accuracy of recitation of Holly Quran. It also investigates why these trends are varied among these specialist, beside arriving at solutions for different problems emerging while conducting this research. This research includes: introduction, two chapters (theoretical and practical framework). In the theoretical, the term “Tajweed” has been editorially defined, explained its scientific and empirical values and perspectives of different Islamic scholars on it. The practical framework presents the sample and population of the study, the data analyses and the test of the hypotheses. The results and recommendations were written on the conclusion. The most important results are as follows: (1) The perspectives of different Islamic scholars deny any kind of relation between the rules of Tajweed and Arabic dialects. (2) There is a considerable number of Islamic scholars claiming that the Rules of Tajweed were found since the Revelation of Holly Quran. Most of Islamic scholars believe that the adjustment of the rules of Tajweed has a positive impact on the fluency and accuracy of the reciters of the Holly Quran and it is helpful to understand the word of God. The most important recommendations are as follows: (1) It is important to maximise the degree of awareness among the reciters about rules of Tajweed and showing its strong relation with Arabs dialects. (2) Considering irregular rules of Tajweed during the study of its the theoretical side. (3)Conducting study considering the influence of Tajweed in the understanding the Word of God.
