|a احتوى هذا البحث على جمع الأحاديث التي فيها تعلق بذبائح الكفار من الكتب الستة، وهم اليهود والنصارى والمجوس، والمشركين، والملحدين، والتي بلغ عددها سبعة أحاديث، أربعة لليهود، واثنان للنصارى، وواحد للمجوس، أما المشركين فلم أقف على حديث واحد يبين أحكام ذبائحهم. وتمت دراسة الأحاديث من جانب الصناعة الحديثية، ومن جانب ما تضمنته من أحكام. والهدف من هذا البحث: هو بيان الأحكام الشرعية المأخوذة من الأحاديث النبوية، الواردة في الكتب الستة، في ذبائح غير المسلمين، والاعتماد على الصحيح منها، وبيان الأحاديث التي لا تصح. ومنهجي في البحث هو منهج استقرائي وتوصيفي، ثم تحليلي واستنباطي. وأهم نتائجه: يلحظ قلة عدد الأحاديث التي وردت في هذا الجانب. جاء في ذبائح اليهود أربعة أحاديث كلها صحيحة، وفي ذبائح النصارى حديثان ضعيفان، وفي المجوس حيث واحد، وهو ضعيف. لم يرد في ذبائح المشركين أي حديث في الكتب الستة. مجموع الأحاديث سبعة، الصحيح منها ما جاء في بيان ذبائح اليهود فقط. دلت الأحاديث على جواز أكل ذبائح اليهود والنصارى، والشحوم التي تستخرج منها، مع أنها محرمة على اليهود خاصة، وجواز قبول هداياهم، وقبول دعوتهم. وتحريم ذبائح المجوس على القول الصحيح، وأنهم لا يقاسون على ذبائح أهل الكتاب. وتحريم ذبائح المشركين، والإجماع منعقد على هذا، ولا ينظر لمن خالفه من المتأخرين.

|b This research contained a collection of hadiths that relate to animal carcasses of al-Kuffaar “the unbelievers in Islam” from the six books, namely the Jews, the Christians and the Magi, and the polytheists, which numbered seven hadiths, four for the Jews, two for the Christians, and one for the Magi, while for the polytheists, I did not find even one hadith showing the provisions of their animal carcasses. Hadiths were studied by the modern industry, and by the provisions contained therein. The aim of this research: is to clarify the legal rulings taken from the Sunnah of the Prophet in the animal carcasses of non-Muslims, and rely on the correct ones, and to explain the hadiths that are not true. My research methodology is an inductive and descriptive approach, then analytical and deductive. And the most important results: that the al-Kuffaar are of two types, the people of the Book who are the Jews and the Christians, and the hadiths indicated that it is permissible to eat their animal carcasses, and the tallows they are extracted from, even though they are forbidden to the Jews in particular, and it is permissible to accept their gifts and accept their invitation. And prohibiting the animal carcasses of the Magi according to the senior scholars, and they are incommensurable with the animal carcasses of the People of the Book. And prohibiting the animal carcasses of the polytheists, and consensus is held on this, and not to consider those who violated it in the recent past.
