ضوابط المحدثين في تحقيق النص الحديثي

المستخلص: إن المحدثين أرسوا قواعد التحقيق منذ تعاملهم مع النص الحديثي، ووضعوا ضوابط للتعامل مع تلكم النصوص، لا سيما مع قدسيتها، فمنها تستمد التشريعات، وقد كانت تلك الضوابط منارة يهتدي بها كل باحث يريد تحقيق نص أو كتاب. أهمية البحث: تتجلى أهمية البحث من خلال الآتي: (١) إبراز جهود المحدثين في علم التحقيق. (٢) بيان اهتمام الأمة بالنص الحديثي. (٣) إفادة المعاصرين من تراث الآباء. (٤) رد شبهة عدم عناية المحدثين بالتدوين في العصور المتقدمة. أهداف البحث: في ضوء أسئلة البحث التي سبقت يمكن الإجابة عليها من خلال إبراز الأهداف التالية: (١) إبراز الضوابط التي وضعها المحدثون لتحقيق النص في القرون الثلاثة. (٢) التعرف على الضوابط التي زادها المحدثون بعد القرون الثلاثة. (٣) المقارنة بين ما وضعه المحدثون الأوائل وبين المتأخرين. (٤) بيان التشابه بين منهج المحدثين وبين ما سطره المعاصرون في مؤلفاتهم. منهج البحث: سأتبع في هذه الدراسة منهج الاستقراء، والمقارنة، فأقوم باستقراء ما سطره المحدثون، ثم أوثق منهجهم، وأبين ضوابطهم، مقارنا بين الأوائل والمعاصرين. أهم نتائج البحث: (١) أن المحدثين كان لهم قدم السبق في وضع مناهج للتحقيق، فهم أصل في هذا العلم. (٢) أن فن التحقيق لدي المحدثين خرج جنبا إلى جنب مع رواية الحديث. (٣) أن منهج المحدثين في التحقيق يمتاز بالكمال، فقدر ركزوا على كل ما يحتاج إليه المحقق منذ بداية الكتابة إلى نهاية خروج الكتاب. (٤) أن المعاصرين أفادوا من ضوابط المحدثين حتى إنك لا تكاد ترى معاصرا كتب في فن التحقيق إلا وقد استقى من علم المحدثين. أهم التوصيات: (١) العناية بالعلوم التي وجدت لدى علماء الحديث، وأفاد منها المتأخرون، وإبراز دورهم في هذه العلوم، وبيان الخدمات التي قدمها أهل الحديث للأمة عامة، وللتخصصات الأخرى خاصة. (٢) إبراز المؤسسات العلمية في العناية بتراث المحدثين من خلال عقد المؤتمرات والندوات التي تبرز دور المحافظة على تراث أمتهم.

an introduction: The modernists have established the rules of the investigation since they dealt with the modern text, and set controls to deal with those texts, especially with their sanctity, from which they derive legislation, and these controls were a beacon guiding every researcher who wants to achieve a text or book. research importance: The importance of research is demonstrated by the following: (1) To highlight the efforts of the modernizers in the science of investigation. (2) Explain the nation's interest in the Hadith text. (3) Benefiting contemporary people from the patrimony of their fathers. (4) Responding to the suspicion of lack of attention of bloggers in advanced times. research aims: In light of the research questions that have been previously, they can be answered by highlighting the following objectives: (1) To highlight the controls established by the modernizers to achieve the text in the three centuries. (2) Learn about the controls that had been added by the modernizers after the three centuries. (3) A comparison between what was developed by the early modernizers and the later ones. (4) Explain the similarity between the approach of the modernists and what contemporaries have written in their works. Research Methodology: In this study, I will follow the method of induction and comparison. I extrapolate what the modernists wrote, then document their approach, and explain their controls, comparing the early and the contemporary. The most important search results: (1) That the modernists had a head start in developing methods of investigation, they are the basis in this science. (2) That the art of investigation of the modernists went hand in hand with the narration of the hadith. (3) That the approach of the modernists in the investigation is perfect, so they focused on everything the investigator needs from the beginning of writing until the end of the book’s exit. (4) That contemporaries benefited from the controls of the modernists so that you hardly see a contemporary written in the art of investigation except that it was drawn from the knowledge of the modernists. The most important recommendations: (1) Taking care of the sciences that had been found among the hadith scholars, and those who were late beneficiaries, and highlighting their role in these sciences, and explaining the services provided by the hadith people to the nation in general, and to other specialties in particular. (2) Highlighting the role of Al-Azhar in the care of the heritage of modernity through holding conferences and seminars that highlight the role of Al-Azhar scholars in preserving the heritage of their nation.
