المستخلص: Through this article, we try to study the size of organized crime in Algerian society, according to the available data, where we present the most important types of crimes such as; the crime of smuggling which has increased in recent years in our society, especially in border areas. This phenomenon has become a heavy burden on the state budget, since contraband products are subsidized products intended for local consumption that the state imports in hard currency, In addition to the crime of drug trafficking and consumption, which has become a threat to the social fabric due to the increase in the phenomenon of drug addiction which affects all strata of society without exception, the phenomenon of illegal immigration. Algeria is one of the countries suffering from the spread of this phenomenon, according to statistics released by the National directorate of the Gendarmerie, where these data indicate an increase in this phenomenon in recent years.

Le crime organisé est l'un des défis auxquels sont confrontés les états en raison de ses répercussions négatives sur la sécurité humaine et économique. Nous essayons à travers cet article d’étudier ce phénomène suivant les données disponible (2005- 2013) ou nous présentons les types de délits, tel que le délit de contrebande qui a augmenté ces dernières années dans notre pays, notamment dans les zones frontalières. Ce phénomène est devenu un fardeau pour le budget de l'État, étant donné que les produits de contrebande sont des produits subventionnés que l'état importe en devises, ainsi que le trafic de drogue et le phénomène de l'immigration clandestine. L’Algérie est l’un des pays qui souffrent de la propagation de ce phénomène, selon les statistiques émises par la direction de la gendarmerie nationale, ou ces données indiquent une hausse de ce phénomène ces dernières années.
