المستخلص: يناقش هذا البحث جوانب مهمة في دراسة نظرية البلاغة العربية، وهي جوانب تمس الأصول المعتمدة في صلب النظرية مثل مبدأ: (تفاوت مراتب الكلام)، و(اختلاف درجات البلاغة)، ومن أجل ذلك طرح البحث فرضية تقول: إن هناك أحكاما أصدرها البلاغيون تكشف عن وعي كبير بأن هناك واجبا وممنوعا، وحسنا وقبيحا، وأولى وخلاف الأولى، وهذه الأحكام هي مظهر من مظاهر (تفاوت مراتب الكلام). كما يطرح البحث جملة من المقدمات قبل عرضه لطبيعة الأحكام البلاغية، ومن هذه المقدمات الإجابة عن بعض الأسئلة، وهي: ما الأساس المعرفي لهذه الفكرة؟ وهل علم البلاغة علم نقلي أو علم عقلي؟ وكيف طرح البلاغيون هذه الفكرة في كتبهم؟ وبعد ذلك يعالج هذه الأحكام البلاغية، والمقولات العلمية التي أشارت إليها. وتخلص الدراسة بعد ذلك إلى البحث عن النتائج العلمية المترتبة على هذا البحث، وذلك بمناقشة ثلاثة أفكار هي: التأسيس لعلم أصول البلاغة، وتحول إجراء التحسين والتقبيح إلى علم منضبط، وتقريب نظرية (تفاوت مراتب الكلام) في التراث البلاغي والنقدي.

This paper discusses important aspects that are rarely covered in the study of Arabic rhetoric. They are aspects that affect the basics adopted in the core of the theory, such as the principle of (Variation in speech ranks), and (different degrees of rhetoric). For this, the research put forward a hypothesis that says: there are provisions made by rhetoricians that express a great awareness that; there is an obligation and forbidden, good and bad, prioritized and non-prioritized and these provisions are a manifestation of (Variation in speech ranks). The research also presents a set of introductions before presenting the nature of rhetorical provisions, among these introductions are the answers to some questions, including: What is the knowledge base for this idea? Is the science of rhetoric a science of transfer or mental science? How did the rhetoricians introduce this idea in their books? After that, the research deals with these rhetorical provisions, and the scientific sayings that referred to them. The research then concludes to an important question which is: What are the scientific results of this research? It answers by discussing three ideas: The establishment of the science of rhetoric principles. The procedure of improvement and demonization turned into a disciplined science. And approximation of the theory (Variation in speech ranks) in the rhetorical and critical heritage.
