المستخلص: يشكل الحياد في الأداء المهني لدى الصحافيين مسألة جد معقدة، بالنظر إلى تشابك تعقد وضع الصحفي داخل المنظومة السياسية والاجتماعية والأيديولوجية، باعتباره جن منها يخضع لاشتراطاتها وهيمنتها، وبين وضعه الوظيفي الذي يتطلب منه قدرا عاليا من الالتزامات الأخلاقية بينه وبين المتلقي، تشكل قاعدة العقد المعنوي بينهما مثل، الحق في اعلام موضوعي ونزيه وخالي من الدعاية والتوجيه والتظليل وقول الحقيقة كاملة، بما يمكن هذا المتلقي من بناء رأي مستنير حول القضايا التي تهمه، ومنه اتخاذ قرار صائب حولها.

Neutrality in the professional field of journalism a very complex issue when compared to the fragile journalist’s status within the political, social and ideological system, being a part of its requirements and hegemony , while in the other side his career position which requires him a high amount of moral obligations between him and the receiver, establislishing the core basis ,of the moral contract between them ,their ,objective and impartiality of the mass media freeing from advertising impartiality of the mass media of freeing from advertising ,supervising , foreshadowing, and telling the whole truth, empowering this recipient to build an enlightened outlook upon what might be a Center of interest ,enabling him making the right decision, whereas support to these professional rules often meet hindrance during critical phases, and peak of crisis, where the journalist is confronted to a delicate choice ,so that the recipient can build an informed opinion on the issue that constitute the field of their concern and therefore being able to make correct decision based on right discemment.
