|b The Arabic language relies on self-derived mechanisms in formulating the scientific term and finding synonyms for the foreign term and Arabic innovations; these mechanisms are metaphor, derivation, sculpture, and localization, approved by the scientific councils, and became applicable, starting from the study of Arab heritage and extrapolating the development of the Arabic language, To conclude these studies to the adoption of these mechanisms with the need to prefer the inherent over the intruder and localized over the Arab; as it is preferable to metaphor over derivation and so forth, and this research focuses on the third mechanism is sculpture; concept, types and use, with representation in all of this, Refer to the position of the scientific councils on all this, and try to focus on some medical terms.

|a تعتمد اللغة العربية على آليات نابعة من ذاتها في صياغة المصطلح العلمي وإيجاد مرادفات للمصطلح الأجنبي والمستحدثات بالعربية؛ وهذه الآليات هي المجاز، والاشتقاق، والنحت، والتعريب، أقرتها المجامع العلمية، وصار معمولا بها، انطلقت من جراسة التراث العربي واستقراء تطور اللغة العربية، لتخلص هذه الدراسات إلى إقرار تلك الآليات مع ضرورة تفضيل الأصيل على الدخيل والمعرب على المعرب؛ إذ يفضل المجاز فيها على الاشتقاق وهكذا دواليك، وهذا البحث يركز على الآلية الثالثة وهي النحت؛ مفهومه وأنواعه واستعماله، مع التمثيل في كل ذلك، مع الإشارة إلى موقف المجامع العلمية من كل ذلك، ومحاولة التركيز على بعض المصطلحات الطبية.
