تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الإدارة الرشيقة وتحسين إنتاجية المشروعات الصغيرة العاملة بالمحافظات الجنوبية، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة من العاملين والعاملات في المصانع ذات المشروعات الصغيرة في قطاع غزة، وقد بلغ عدد العينة (٨٠) عاملا، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1. تتمتع جميع المشروعات الصغيرة التي طبقت فيها الدراسة بتوافر عناصر الإدارة الرشيقة الأربعة (تنظيم موقع العمل، التحسين المستمر للعمل الإداري، العمل القياسي، ستة سيجما) حيث إنها حصلت على نسب مرتفعة ومتفاوتة. ٢. توجد علاقة طردية بين كافة عناصر الإدارة الرشيقة وتحسين إنتاجية المشروعات الصغيرة العاملة بالمحافظات الجنوبية. ٣. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في استجابات المبحوثين حول الإدارة الرشيقة وعلاقتها بتحسين إنتاجية المشروعات الصغيرة العاملة بالمحافظات الجنوبية؛ تبعا لمتغير الجنس. ٤. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في استجابات المبحوثين حول الإدارة الرشيقة وعلاقتها بتحسين إنتاجية المشروعات الصغيرة العاملة بالمحافظات الجنوبية؛ تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. ٥. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في استجابات المبحوثين حول الإدارة الرشيقة وعلاقتها بتحسين إنتاجية المشروعات الصغيرة العاملة بالمحافظات الجنوبية؛ تبعا لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي. ٦. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في استجابات المبحوثين حول الإدارة الرشيقة وعلاقتها بتحسين إنتاجية المشروعات الصغيرة العاملة بالمحافظات الجنوبية؛ تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة.
This study aims to identify the relationship between agile management and improve the productivity of small enterprises operating in the southern provinces, and in order to achieve this the study relied on the descriptive analytical method, as well as used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information, the study was applied to a sample of workers in these factories with small enterprises in the Gaza Strip, and the number of sample (80) workers, the study concluded the following results: 1- All the small projects in which the study was conducted have the availability of the four elements of agile management (organization of the work site, continuous improvement of administrative work, standard work, six sigma) as they have received high and varying ratios. 2- There is a direct relationship between all elements of agile management and improving the productivity of small enterprises operating in the southern provinces. 3- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 in the responses of the researchers on agile management and its relationship to improving the productivity of small enterprises operating in the southern provinces, depending on the gender variable. 4- There are no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 indicative level in the responses of the researchers on agile management and its relationship to improving the productivity of small enterprises operating in the southern provinces, depending on the change in scientific qualification. 5- There are no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 indicative level in the responses of the researchers on agile management and its relationship to improving the productivity of small enterprises operating in the southern provinces, depending on the job title change. 6- There are no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 indicative level in the responses of the researchers on agile management and its relationship to improving the productivity of small enterprises operating in the southern provinces, depending on the change in years of experience.
