المستخلص: The research aims the following: - Build a test that measures the explosive force of the distinctive arm in a volleyball game. - Legalize a test that measures the explosive force of the distinctive arm in a volleyball game. - Set standard scores and levels to test the explosive force of the distinctive arm in a volleyball game. The research sample included volleyball juniors aged (14-16) years in the Erbil governorate. The researcher selected the sample comprising of (106) volleyball players from youth centers in Erbil in a deliberate manner. The researcher used the descriptive method, used a number of devices, tools, and means of collecting data that underwent statistical treatment. The full specifications of the test have been reached to measure the explosive strength of the distinctive arm in a volleyball game in which scientific transactions are available in terms of validity, reliability, and objectivity. The researcher recommended using it to measure the explosive force of players (young) in volleyball. The importance of research lies in the fact that it attempts to build a medical ball throw test (1 kg) with the distinctive arm from a sitting position on the chair in a volleyball game in order to measure the explosive force of the distinctive arm in an extractive form and work on developing measuring and evaluation tools in the field of volleyball. The researcher concluded: - The study reached a test of the explosive strength of the distinctive. The test has scientific specifications of validity, reliability, and objectivity. - The explosive strength test of the distinctive arm measures the characteristic of the explosive strength of the distinctive arm precisely among volleyball players in an extractive manner. - The study recommended using it in the evaluation of emerging players in volleyball. يهدف البحث إلى ما يأتي: - بناء اختبار يقيس القوة الانفجارية بالذراع المميزة في لعبة الكرة الطائرة. - تقنين اختبار يقيس القوة الانفجارية بالذراع المميزة في لعبة الكرة الطائرة. - وضع درجات ومستويات معيارية للاختبار القوة الانفجارية بالذراع المميزة في لعبة الكرة الطائرة. واشتملت عينة البحث على ناشئي الكرة الطائرة بأعمار (14-16) سنة في محافظة أربيل، وقد اختار الباحث العينة بطريقة عمدية والمتمثلة (بمراكز الشباب في محافظة أربيل) والبالغ عددهم (106) لاعبين للكرة الطائرة. وقد استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واستعملت عدد من الأجهزة والأدوات ووسائل جمع البيانات وعولجت إحصائياً، وتم التوصل إلى المواصفات الكاملة للاختبار لقياس صفة القوة الانفجارية للذراع المميزة في لعبة الكرة الطائرة تتوفر فيها المعاملات العلمية من صدق وثبات وموضوعية، وأوصى الباحث باستعماله في قياس القوة الانفجارية للاعبين (الناشئين) في الكرة الطائرة. وتكمن أهمية البحث في محاولة بناء اختبار رمي الكرة الطبية زنة (1 كغم) بالذراع المميزة من وضع الجلوس على الكرسي في لعبة الكرة الطائرة. من أجل القياس القوة الانفجارية للذراع المميزة بشكل مستخلص والعمل على تطوير أدوات القياس والتقويم في مجال لعبة الكرة الطائرة. واستنتج الباحث بـ: - التوصل إلى اختبار القوة الانفجارية للذراع المميزة ويتمتع بالمواصفات العلمية من صدق وثبات وموضوعية. - اختبار القوة الانفجارية للذراع المميزة يقيس صفة القوة الانفجارية للذراع المميزة بشكل الدقيق لدى اللاعبين الكرة الطائرة بشكل مستخلص. - أوصى باستخدامه في تقويم اللاعبين الناشئين في الكرة الطائرة.
