Le présent article traite le rôle et les limites des politiques macroéconomiques dans la stabilisation des chocs externes en Algérie. Pour ce faire, nous avons utilisé le modèle (ARDL) qui a démontré la primauté de la politique monétaire sur la politique budgétaire dans la stabilisation des chocs externes en Algérie. Cependant, la force de la stabilisation monétaire et budgétaire demeure faible et leur impact sur le PIB est moins que proportionnel. Ce résultat témoigne l’insuffisance des politiques macroéconomiques, et l’impérativité de les accompagner par des réformes structurelles. The present article discusses the role and limits of macroeconomic policies in the stabilization of external shocks in Algeria. To do this, we used the ARDL model that has showed the primacy of monetary policy over the budgetary policy in the stabilization of external socks in Algeria. However, the impact of monetary and budgetary stabilization remains low and their impact on the GIB is less than proportional. This result affirms the inadequacy of macroeconomic policies, and the obligation to supplement them with structural reforms. |
