هدف البحث إلى وضع المتطلبات الفنية لتصميم ملابس وظيفية للمريضات المقيمات بالمستشفى بعد جراحة "توسيع ضيق القناة الشوكية" وفقا لآراء كل من "المريضات، الكادر الطبي" وتصميم ملابس لهن في ضوء تلك المتطلبات، والتعرف على آراء كل من المتخصصين "أعضاء هيئة التدريس، الكادر الطبي"، وكذلك المستهلكات في التصميمات المقترحة، وتنفيذ عدد أربعة تصميمات والتي حصلت على أعلى النتائج من قبل المحكمين والتعرف على آرائهم تجاهها، وتكونت أدوات البحث من استمارة مقابلة شخصية للتعرف على آراء مريضات أجروا جراحة "توسيع ضيق القناة الشوكية" فيما يخص ملابس الإقامة بالمستشفى، واستبيانان للتعرف على آراء المريضات والكادر الطبي نحو المتطلبات الفنية الواجب توافرها بهذه الملابس، بالإضافة إلى استبيانان للتعرف على آراء المتخصصين والمستهلكات في التصميمات المقترحة، واستبيان آخر للتعرف على آرائهم في التصميمات المنفذة، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي مع التطبيق، وتوصلت نتائجه إلى تحديد مجموعة من المتطلبات الوظيفية الواجب توافرها في ملابس المريضات المقيمات بالمستشفى بعد جراحة "توسيع ضيق القناة الشوكية" وفقا لآراء المرضى والكادر الطبي، وإيجابية آراء كل من المتخصصين والمستهلكات تجاه التصميمات المقترحة وحصولها على معدلات جودة مرتفعة وخاصة التصميمات أرقام (11، 14، 5، 13) والتي تم تنفيذها وأظهرت نتائج تطبيق استبيان المتخصصين والمستهلكات عليها وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بينها عند مستوى (0.1).
The aim of the research is to develop technical requirements for the design of functional clothing for patients living in the hospital after surgery to “Widening spinal canal tightness” according to the opinions of both 'patients, medical staff' and design clothes for them in light of these requirements, and get to know the opinions of both specialists' faculty members, medical staff', as well as the consumers in the proposed designs, the implementation of the number of four designs that received the highest results by the arbitrators and get to know their opinions towards them, the research tools consisted of an interview form to learn about the opinions of patients who performed „Widening spinal canal tightness‟ surgery on hospital accommodation, and two questionnaires to learn about the opinions of patients and medical staff towards the technical requirements to be available in these clothes, in addition to two questionnaires to learn about the opinions of specialists and consumers in the proposed designs, and another questionnaire to get their opinions on the implemented designs, and follow the descriptive approach research with the application, its results have identified a set of functional requirements to be met in the clothes of patients living in the hospital after surgery to 'widen the spinal canal tightness' according to the opinions of patients and medical staff, the positive opinions of both specialists and consumers towards the proposed designs and their high quality rates, especially the numbers designs (11, 14, 5, 13) which was implemented and the results of the application of the specialists and consumables questionnaire showed statistically significant differences between them at the level (0.1).
