المستخلص: "هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الوعي بإدارة الحياة الأسرية علاقته بالاستقرار الأسري لدى عينة من حديثات الزواج، واشتملت عينة البحث الأساسية على (250) زوجة من حديثات الزواج من محافظة الشرقية، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت أدوات البحث من استمارة استبيان تضمنت (الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمبحوثات وأسرهن-إدارة الحياة الأسرية بمحاورها-الاستقرار الأسري بمراحله) وأظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي: أن إدارة الزوجات حديثات الزواج للحياة الأسرية وكذلك الاستقرار الأسري لديهم كان متوسطا. كما اتضح وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات المبحوثات حديثات الزواج في الوعي بإدارة الحياة الأسرية ببعض محاوره تبعا لكل من بيئة السكن لصالح الزوجات في الحضر-نمط الإقامة لصالح الزوجة التي تعيش في مشكن مستقل-عمل الزوجة لصالح الزوجة التي تعمل-عمر الزوجة عند الزواج لصالح كبيرات العمر-مستوى تعليم الزوجة لصالح المستويات التعليمية المرتفعة -الدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح الدخول المرتفعة. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات المبحوثات حديثات الزواج عينة الدراسة في مستوى الاستقرار الأسرى ومحاوره تبعا لنمط الإقامة لصالح السكن في مسكن مستقل، تبعا لعمل الزوجة لصالح العاملات، تبعا للمستوى التعليمي الزوجة لصالح ذوات المستويات التعليمية الأعلى، وتبعا للدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح المستويات المرتفعة من الدخل، ووجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05، 0.01، 0.001 بين مستوى وعى الزوجات حديثات الزواج بإدارة الحياة الأسرية ومحاوره (إدارة الأولويات وتوظيف الموارد- إدارة العلاقات الأسرية- إدارة الصحة الإنجابية- الاستبيان ككل) ومستوى الاستقرار الأسرى ومحاوره. وأيضا تبين أن الوعي بإدارة الصحة الإنجابية هو المحور الأكثر تأثيرا في مستوى الاستقرار الأسرى. وقد أوصت الدراسة توجيه المتخصصين في مجال التنمية البشرية بعقد العديد من الندوات التثقيفية التي تهدف إلى تكوين وعي سليم وصحيح لدى السيدات حديثات الزواج بسبل إدارة الحياة الأسرية لما لذلك من مردود إيجابي في استقرار الأسرة وتوازنها خاصة في السنوات الأولى من الزواج. عقد دورات تثقيفية من قبل المجلس القومي للمرأة لنشر الوعي الإداري السليم لشتى جوانب الحياة الأسرية لدى شرائح المجتمع المختلفة من السيدات."

"The present study aimed to study the relationship between awareness of family life management and its relationship to family stability in a sample of Newly Married , and the primary research sample included (250) Newly Married from the eastern governorate, and the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the research tools consisted of a questionnaire that included (characteristics The social and economic aspects of the respondents and their families-managing family life with its axes - family stability in its stages) and the results of the research showed the following: That the newly married wives' management of family life as well as their family stability was average. It was also evident that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of newlywed female respondents in awareness of managing family life in some of its axes depending on each of the housing environment for the benefit of urban wives - the residence pattern for the benefit of the wife living in an independent residence - the wife’s work for the wife who worked - the wife’s age upon marriage In favor of older women - the wife’s education level in favor of higher educational levels - the family’s monthly income in favor of higher incomes. The results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of scores of newlywed female respondents in the study sample in the level of family stability and its axes according to the type of residence in favor of housing in an independent residence, according to the wife's work in favor of female workers, according to the educational level of the wife in favor of those with higher educational levels, and according to the monthly income of the family In favor of high levels of income, and the presence of a positive statistically significant correlation relationship at the level of significance 0.05, 0.01, 0.001 between the level of awareness of Newly Married in managing family life and its axes (priority management and resource employment- family relations management - reproductive health management- the questionnaire as a whole) and the level of family stability And its interlocutors. Also, it was found that awareness of reproductive health management is the most influential axis in the level of family stability. The study recommended directing specialists in the field of human development to hold many educational seminars aimed at creating a healthy and correct awareness among newlywed women of ways to manage family life, as this has a positive impact on the stability and balance of the family, especially in the first years of marriage. Holding educational sessions by the National Council for Women to spread proper administrative awareness of various aspects of family life among the different segments of society from among women."
