المستخلص: "تعتبر صناعة الأحذية من أقدم الحرف التي عرفها الإنسان، وتحتل بمصر مكانة كبيرة تاريخيا وصناعيا باعتبارها أحد الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي تدعم ميزان المدفوعات كما تستوعب الكثير من الأيدي العاملة، ويعتبر حذاء الإليو أحد أقدم أنواع الأحذية الرجالي ويختلف عن باقي أنواع الأحذية حيث يتطلب دقة عالية خلال عمليات التصميم ويستلزم مواصفات خاصة لإعداد النماذج (الباترون) له، حيث يؤثر أي خطأ خلال التصميم وإعداد النماذج على جودة المنتج النهائي. ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في عمليتي تصميم وإعداد نماذج أحذية الإليو الرجالي وأبرز مشكلاتهما وأسبابها، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال دراسة ميدانية، فتضمنت عينة البحث عدد (١٥) مصنعا وورشة لأحذية الإليو الرجالي في مصر، وإجراء المقابلات الشخصية للمسئولين بها وتطبيق استمارة استبيان عليهم لمعرفة مدى تطبيق الأسس العلمية الصحيحة في تصميم وإعداد النماذج لحذاء الإليو وأهم المشاكل المتعلقة بهما، لوضع حلول ومقترحات للنهوض بتلك الصناعة ورفع مستوى جودة المنتج. وتوصل البحث إلى أن أبرز المشاكل هي (الاعتماد على شبكة الإنترنت بدلا من الإبداع لوضع التصميمات، واختلاف مؤثرات موضة أحذية الإليو الرجالي، وتباين مواصفات تصميمه، ومواصفات القوالب المستخدمة لإنتاجه، وكذلك إعداد نماذج أحذية الإليو بالأسلوب اليدوي، بالإضافة لمشكلات تدريج النماذج لأحذية الإليو، وغياب المصمم الخاص بالمصنع)، مع تحليل أسباب المشكلات وعرض حلول ومقترحات للتغلب عليها."

"Shoe industry is considered one of the oldest crafts known to human, and it occupies a great position in Egypt, historically and industrially, as one of the small and medium industries that greatly support the balance of payments and accommodate a lot of labor, and the Moccasin footwear is one of the oldest types of men's footwear, which occupies a large segment From the market, which differs from the rest of the types of shoes in terms of the method of patterns preparing, as it requires high accuracy during the design process and requires special specifications for pattern preparing for it, as any slight error in the processes greatly affects the quality of the final product. The research aims to identify the factors affecting the processes of Design and Pattern preparing of men's Moccasin footwear and the most prominent problems facing these two stages and their causes. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach through a field study, where the research sample included (15) factories and a workshop for men's Moccasin footwear in Egypt, and conducting Some personal interviews of its officials and apply a questionnaire to them to know how far following the correct scientific rules and foundations in the design and Pattern preparation for the Moccasin footwear and the most important problems related to them, then develop solutions and proposals to overcome them to advance that industry and raise the level of product quality. The research found that the most prominent problems related to the design and Pattern preparing of men's Moccasin footwear are (reliance on the Internet instead of creativity to design, fashion different influences of the of men's Moccasin footwear, the variation of its design specifications, and the specifications of its lasts, as well as the Pattern preparing of men's Moccasin footwear by manual method, in addition to the problems of The grading of it, and the absence of a factory designer), with an analysis of the causes of problems and offering solutions and proposals to overcome them."
