المستخلص: The agricultural sector in Algeria has benefited from an agricultural policy since 2000. This has gone through two phases: PNDAR and PRAR. The revival of investment is a major issue, thanks in particular to the granting of public support. In this article, we will come back to the financing of investments made within the framework of the sectors at the level of the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou. Our analysis concerns two periods: PNDAR and PRAR. The use of the data collected at the level of the DSA of Tizi-Ouzou, allowed us to carry out this work. The analysis highlights important achievements during the first period. However, the second period is marked by a considerable decline in this area. Finally, the milk sector is ahead of all sectors in terms of the funding granted.

Le secteur agricole en Algérie a bénéficié d’une politique agricole depuis 2000. Celle-ci est passée par deux phases: PNDAR et PRAR. La relance de l’investissement constitue un enjeu majeur, grâce particulièrement, à l’octroi des soutiens publics. Dans cet article, nous allons revenir sur le financement des investissements réalisés dans le cadre des filières au niveau de la wilaya de TiziOuzou. Notre analyse concerne deux périodes: PNDAR et la PRAR. L’exploitation des données collectées au niveau de la DSA de Tizi-Ouzou, nous a permis de réaliser ce travail. L’analyse fait ressortir des réalisations importantes durant la première période. Cependant, la deuxième période est marquée par un recul considérable en la matière. Enfin, la filière lait devance toutes les filières sur le plan du financement accordé.
