يتناول البحث أقوال علماء الحديث في الحكم العام على الأحاديث التي انفرد بها الإمام ابن ماجه عن بقية أصحاب الكتب الستة، ومناقشة هذه الأقوال، وبيان القول الراجح في ذلك. وأما منهج البحث فهو الاستقراء والتحليل والمقارنة. وتظهر أهمية البحث في أنه يكشف عن مدى صحة القول المشتهر بأن كل ما انفرد به ابن ماجه عن الكتب الستة فهو ضعيف، وهذا القول تترتب عليه أمور كثيرة، منها: الحكم بضعف كل حديث انفرد به ابن ماجه مطلقا، والتشكيك في إدخال سننه ضمن الكتب الستة، وتهوين شأنه. وقد كان الهدف الأساسي من هذا البحث هو التحقق من واقعية هذا القول، والتوجيه الصحيح له. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: أن القول بأن كل الأحاديث التي انفرد بها ابن ماجه ضعيفة، ينافي الواقع؛ لأنه ثبت بالاستقراء والتتبع أن الأحاديث التي انفرد بها، منها: الصحيح، والحسن، والضعيف، وما دون ذلك. وأنه ليس كل الرواة الذين انفرد بهم ابن ماجه عن بقية أصحاب الكتب الستة، ضعفاء، لكن يمكن أن يقال: إن غالب الأحاديث التي انفرد بها ابن ماجه عن بقية أصحاب الكتب الستة ضعيفة. وأما التوصيات فمن أهمها: إسدال الستار على قضية تقديم الموطأ أو سنن الدارمي على سنن ابن ماجه، وجعل أحدهما سادس الكتب الستة بدل سنن ابن ماجه؛ لأن جعل سنن ابن ماجه سادس الكتب الستة، أصبح أمرا واقعا، وبنيت على ذلك أشهر كتب الرجال والزوائد.
The research deals with the sayings of Hadith scholars in the general judgment on the hadiths that singled out Imam Ibn majh from the rest of the owners of the six books, and the discussion of these sayings, and the statement of the most correct say in it. The research approach is extrapolation, analysis and comparison. The importance of research shows that it reveals the validity of the famous saying that all that is unique to Ibn majh for the six books is weak, and this saying entails many things, including: the judgment of the weakness of every Hadith unique to Ibn majh at all, and the question of the introduction of Sunnah within the six books, and trivialize him. The primary objective of this research has been to verify the realism of this statement, and the correct direction of it. One of the most important results of the research: to say that all the hadiths that singled out Ibn majh weak, contradicts the reality; because it proved by extrapolation and tracking that hadiths that singled out, including: correct, good, weak, and below. And that not all the narrators who singled out Ibn majh from the rest of the owners of the six books, weak, but it can be said: the majority of the hadiths that singled out Ibn majh from the rest of the owners of the six books are weak. As for the recommendations, the most important of them: the curtain fell on the issue of submission of Al-Muwatta' or Sunan Al -darmi on Sunan Ibn majh, and make one of them the sixth of the six books instead of Sunan Ibn majh; because make Sunan Ibn majh the sixth of the six books, became a reality, and built on it the most famous books of men and appendices.
