تناول هذا البحث خلق التغافل في ضوء القرآن والسنة وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة وكان من أهدافه التعرف على خلق التغافل ومدى إمكانية تطبيقه في التعاملات المستمرة مع المجتمع وبيان أهمية التخلق به في علاقة الأنسان بغيره، فالتغافل هو السبيل الوحيد للعيش في هذه الدنيا دون كدر، ولهذا حث عليه القرآن وتخلق به سيد الأنام صلى الله عليه وسلم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي الوصفي والاستنباطي، حيث تناول البحث التعريف بمفهوم التغافل وما يميزه عن غيره من المفاهيم، كالتجاهل وغيره، وبعدها تم عرض نماذج من آيات القرآن وأحاديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وفضائل وثمرات التغافل، وفي الفصل الأخير تم عرض صور للتغافل وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة، كالتغافل بين الزوجين والأبناء والإخوة، وكذلك التغافل مع عموم الناس، والتغافل في العمل والإدارة، والتغافل مع الخصوم والأعداء. وخلص البحث إلى نتائج منها على سبيل المثال: 1- لم يفرد مؤلف نص على بيان هذا الخلق الرفيع من خلال نصوص القرآن والسنة، ويستهدف بيان تطبيقات هذا الخلق في حياتنا المعاصرة. 2- أن التغافل هو تكلف الغفلة، والترفع عن الدنايا وسفاسف الأمور وهفواتها التي لا تغير الحقائق، ولا تبدد الحقوق، ولا تحط من الكرامة، ولا تقر منكرا، ولا تنكر معروفا، ولا تؤصل لباطل. 3- أن القرآن الكريم جاء ليؤكد على قيمة التغافل، وعلمنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من خلال سيرته العطرة هذا الأدب العالي الذي لا يعرفه إلا أصحاب النفوس الحميدة، حينما كان يسمع سبه بأذنه، وكان يتجاهل ويتغاضى. 4- أن التغافل يسد على صاحبه باب النكد والشقاء والتفكير السلبي.
This research deals with the nature of negligence in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah and its contemporary applications. One of its objectives is to identify the nature of negligence and the extent to which it can be applied in continuous interactions with society and to clarify the importance of adhering to it in the relationship of one to others, as negligence is the only way to live in this world without trouble, and therefore both the Qur’an called for it and the best of humankind-peace be upon him-adorned it, In order to achieve this goal, I followed in this research the analytical, descriptive and deductive approach, whereas the research dealt with the definition of the concept of negligence and what distinguishes it from other concepts, such as ignoring and others. Examples from the Quran and prophetic traditions, pros and cons of negligence are followed.in the last chapter, few forms of negligence and its contemporary applications are mentioned: as negligence between spouses, children and brothers, as well as with the general public, work, administration, opponents and enemies. The research concluded with finding results, for example: 1- no author dedicated singular text on this lofty character and high value in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah and its contemporary applications. 2- negligence is the disguise of heedlessness, refraining from contemptes, the trivialities and short-comings that do not change the reality, do not squander rights, do not degrade one’s dignity, do not acknowledge evil, do not denounce and do not justify falsehood. 3- The Holy Qur’an came to emphasize the value of negligence, and the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, taught us through his good character: the sublime etiquette, which is only known to those who were blessed with good souls, when it happened to one of them to hear a curse in owns ear, he would ignore and condone. 4- negligence closes the door to strife, misery and negative thinking. 5- Forgiving and overlooking mistakes between spouses, children, and brothers is a necessity for safety of the chest, permanence of accord, survival of the living, continuity of intimacy, purity of the heart, and filling it with strong belief, surety. piety, love and mercy. The recommendations are: for example 1- I suggest the necessity of educating the society about this manner and adopting it by including it in the teaching curricula, Friday sermons, and audio-visual media. 2- I recommend specialists in legal, psychological and social sciences to write books, brochures, e-mails and paperwork, which especially cover this sublime value. 3- I invite family associations, training centres and community service deanships to hold meetings, courses and conventions that are dedicated to strength this noble character.
