| 520 | |a نحاول من خلال هذا المقال دراسة بنية النظام الابتكار الوطني في الجزائر لنشر التكنولوجيا الحديثة استنادا على بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية الفعالة، بحيث قمنا بدراسة الأسس النظرية للنظام وتطور نهج مفاهيم هذا الأخير الذي يلعب دورا في الاقتصاد بصفة خاصة وفي الاقتصاد الكلي بصفة عامة في الجزائر ثم تطرقنا إلى تحليل الأعمال التطبيقية ل NIS التي تظهر العلاقة الموجودة من خلال دراسة المؤشرات لتقييم NIS، واستعنا بالدراسات السابقة التي تشمل هذا المجال بهدف بلوغ أو إظهار الدور الذي يلعبه النظام وبنيته لنشر التكنولوجيا الحديثة ومن خلال الدراسة سوف يظهر دور المؤشرات الابتكار والتكنولوجية في دفع الدول إلى تحقيق التفوق العلمي والتكنولوجي في شتى الميادين من جهة وكذا هي يمكن اعتبارها المقاييس المعتمدة لتحليل نظام الابتكار الوطني في أي بلد. | ||
| 520 | |b In this article, we try to study the structure of the national innovation system in Algeria to disseminate modern technology based on some economic indicators. We studied the theoretical bases of the system and the development of the concepts approach of the latter which plays a role in the economy in particular and in the macro economy in general in Algeria. To analyze the applied work of NIS, which shows the existing relationship through the study of indicators for the assessment of NIS, and used previous studies that include this area in order to achieve or show the role played by the system and its structure for the dissemination of modern technology and through the study will show the role of Technological innovation and bulletins in pushing countries to achieve scientific excellence and technology in various fields on the one hand and can be considered as well as the standards adopted for the analysis of the national innovation system in any country | ||
| 520 | |d Dans cet article, nous essayons d'étudier la structure du système national d'innovation en Algérie afin de diffuser les technologies modernes sur la base de certains indicateurs économiques. Nous avons étudié les bases théoriques du système et le développement de l'approche conceptuelle de ce dernier qui joue un rôle dans l'économie en particulier et dans la macro-économie en général en Algérie. Analyser le travail appliqué des SNI, qui montre la relation existante à travers l’étude d’indicateurs d’évaluation des SNI, et a utilisé des études antérieures incluant ce domaine pour atteindre ou montrer le rôle joué par le système et sa structure de diffusion. de la technologie moderne et à travers l'étude montrera le rôle de l'innovation technologique et des bulletins en poussant les pays à atteindre l'excellence scientifique et la technologie dans divers domaines d'une part et peut être considéré ainsi que les normes adoptées pour l'analyse du système national d'innovation dans n'importe quel pays | ||
