|b The aim of this article is to show the role of international cooperation in increasing the benefits of global public goods. In this context, public health is considered a global public good, particularly with regard to research and development in the field of health and the fight against communicable diseases. The spread of the covid-19 virus has made it clear that our world is so interconnected that we can only overcome this crisis through effective international cooperation. But the pandemic has highlighted the weaknesses and certain disruptions of international cooperation in various fields. Therefore, it is time to learn the lessons of this pandemic in order to promote and intensify international cooperation, this will ensure a world well prepared for other issues that cross borders and require collective action such as climate change, future pandemics and extreme poverty.

|d L'objectif de cet article est de montrer l'importance de la coopération internationale pour accroître les avantages des biens publics mondiaux. Dans ce contexte, la santé publique est considérée comme un bien public mondial, notamment en ce qui concerne la recherche et le développement dans le domaine de la santé et la lutte contre les maladies transmissibles. La propagation du virus covid-19 a montré clairement que notre monde est si interconnecté que nous ne pouvons surmonter cette crise que grâce à une coopération internationale efficace. Mais la pandémie a mis en évidence les faiblesses et certaines perturbations de la coopération internationale dans divers domaines. Par conséquent, il est temps de tirer les leçons de cette pandémie afin de promouvoir et d'intensifier la coopération internationale, cela garantira un monde bien préparé pour les autres problèmes qui traversent les frontières et qui nécessitent une action collective comme le changement climatique, les futures pandémies et l'extrême pauvreté.
