المستخلص: Industrial Revolution 4.0 is closely linked to the further development of digital technology, the Internet, and cyberspace. This phenomenon requires swift actions from all sides and is in line with the rapid development of technological products and more intelligent automation systems. To address this, the field of prophetic hadith is being developed through the creation of websites, software, digital books, and ICT applications pertaining to hadith. These media are constantly being developed and improved in line with technological progress. Hence, this study was conducted to highlight the trends and topics of hadith research related to information and digital technology through a qualitative research approach. The data was collected using keyword-based search methods in databases on the Internet. Descriptive content analysis was used to identify trends and topics in information technology-based hadith research. The results show that the trend in hadith research related to information and digital technology focuses on six aspects: hadith reference materials in e-books and PDFs; applications and software; websites; e-learning-based hadith study systems; ICT laboratories for hadith study; and hadith dissemination on social media. To summarise, the study of hadith fields through the lens of information and digital technology requires further development in order to have a significant impact on hadith research and serve as a high-quality and effective mechanism for knowledge dissemination.
