|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح العلاقة بين حوكمة الشركات وتنشيط سوق الأوراق المالية أي كيف يؤدي تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات من طرف الشركات المدرجة إلى تنشيط سوق الأوراق المالية، وقد توصلنا إلى أن تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات له أهمية كبير في ترشيد إدارة الشركات والعمل على حماية مصالح المساهمين وجميع الأطراف المرتبطة بالشركة كما أنه له دور خاص في تحقيق جودة المعلومات المحاسبية، كل هذا ينعكس في خلق انطباع إيجابي لدى المستثمرين عن الشركات المدرجة بسوق الأوراق المالية، الأمر الذي يجذب المستثمرين إلى السوق، ذلك أن المستثمرين وخاصة المستثمرين الأجانب هم من أهم عناصر تنشيط السوق، ولكن هذا لا يتأتى إلا إذا توافرت الفرص الاستثمارية الملائمة وذات العوائد المرتفعة

|b This study aims to clarify the relationship between corporate governance and the revitalization of the stock market, i.e. how the application of corporate governance principles by listed companies revitalizes the stock market, and we have found that the application of corporate governance principles is of great importance in rationalizing corporate management and working to protect the interests of shareholders And all the parties associated with the company as it has a special role in achieving the quality of accounting, All of this is reflected in creating a positive impression on the investors of the companies listed on the stock market, which attracts investors to the market, because investors, especially foreign investors, are among the most important elements of market activation, but this is only possible if the appropriate investment opportunities and high returns are available.
