المستخلص: This research aims to shed light on the concept of Administrative corruption and the hidden economy and to study the link between these two phenomena. In addition, by relying on the descriptive approach and the analytical approach in studying the relationships and testing the hypotheses using the appropriate models and statistical tests as follows: descriptive statistics of the study variables, correlation test, multiple linear regression model, factor analysis. The researchers tried to study the reflection of corruption in the hidden economy and to confirm that it is one of the pillars of the hidden economy. The recommendations of the research were to increase awareness and education programs against administrative corruption and to spread a culture of loyalty and dedication to work to achieve the public interest, adopting a comprehensive and accurate strategy that includes clear deterrent, preventive and educational measures, and within A specific timeframe, through which severe strikes are directed against corrupt and pro-corruption institutions and individuals at all administrative levels, without exception, and national experiences and competencies are adopted.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على مفهوم كل من الفساد الإداري والاقتصاد الخفي ودراسة الارتباط بين هاتين الظاهرتين. وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي في دراسة العلاقات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام النماذج والاختبارات الإحصائية المناسبة كالآتي: الإحصاءات الوصفية لمتغيرات الدراسة، اختبار الارتباط، نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، التحليل العاملي. حاول الباحثان دراسة انعكاس الفساد الإداري في الاقتصاد الخفي والتأكيد على أنه دعامة من دعائم الاقتصاد الخفي، توصيات البحث كانت زيادة برامج التوعية والتثقيف ضد الفساد الإداري ونشر ثقافة الولاء والتفاني في العمل من أجل الصالح العام واعتماد استراتيجية دقيقة وشاملة تتضمن تدابير رادعة وقائية وتعليمية واضحة، وضمن إطار زمني محدد يتم من خلاله توجيه ضربات شديدة ضد المؤسسات الفاسدة والأفراد الذين يدعمون الفساد على مختلف المستويات الإدارية ودون استثناء مع اعتماد الخبرات والكفاءات الوطنية.
