يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على "واقع الولاء الإلكتروني لمشجعي الأندية المصرية لكرة القدم"، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وتم اختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة العشوائية من مشجعي بعض الأندية الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية لكرة القدم والتي بلغت (١١٣١) فرد، واستنتج الباحثون أن تصميم المواقع الرياضية بشكل جيد ليسهل سرعة التصفح، وتوفير كافة المعلومات التي يتم البحث عنها داخل الموقع الإلكتروني الرياضي، وأن تكون المواقع الإلكترونية الرياضية مجهزة بحذف أي إعلانات مخالفة للحياء العام والأعراف والتقاليد يزيد من الولاء الإلكتروني لدي المشجعين بالإضافة إلى تنوع المعلومات الرياضية المختلفة المعروضة على الموقع الإلكتروني وتوفير كافة المعلومات التي يتم البحث عنها داخل الموقع الإلكتروني وتصميم الموقع بجودة عالية تجعل الفرد يفتخر بذكر الموقع الرياضي الذي يتعامل معه وأن تكون المواقع الإلكترونية الرياضية مجهزة بحذف أي إعلانات مخالفة للحياء العام والأعراف والتقاليد وجعل المواقع الإلكترونية الرياضية الخيار الأول عندما تكون بحاجة إلى معلومات رياضية بالإضافة إلى جعل تصفح المواقع الإلكترونية الرياضية أكثر متعة وتشويق مع عمل دعاية للمواقع الإلكترونية بنصح الأصدقاء في التعامل مع المواقع الإلكترونية الرياضية.
