يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الواقع القانوني لأكاديميات كرة القدم بمحافظة الدقهلية، واستخدم الباحثون (المنهج الوصفي – الدراسات المسحية)، واشتملت العينة على (96) من مدير تنفيذي، مدير فني، مدرب، إداري، واستخدمت الباحثة استمارة استبيان، والمقابلة الشخصية كأدوات لجمع البيانات. وكأنت من أهم نتائج البحث: - لا توجد رقابة خارجية من منطقة كرة القدم والاتحاد والجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات. - الشروط الموضوعة من قبل الاتحاد لتصنيف الأكاديميات غير ملائمة للواقع. - لا يتم اتخاذ رأي الأكاديميات عند تعديل أي شرط من الشروط الموضوعة من قبل الاتحاد بعد عاميين من الترخيص. - لم تتوافر بالأكاديميات المستقلة بذاتها الملاعب الخاصة بها. - توجد صعوبة في إشهار شركة مساهمة بغرض ترخيص أكاديمية. - لا يتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد أي أفراد أو جهات غير مشهرة بدون الحصول على ترخيص من الاتحاد. - لا تضع لجنة الأكاديميات بالاتحاد نظام لتقييم أداء الأكاديميات. - يجوز للأكاديميات غير المرخصة استخدام منشآت المؤسسات الرياضية لتدريب الفرق.
The research aims to identify the legal reality of the football academies in Dakahlia Governorate. The researcher used the (descriptive approach - survey studies), and the sample included (96) executive directors, technical directors, coaches, and administrators. The researcher used a questionnaire and personal interview as tools for data collection. . As one of the most important search results: - There is no external control from the football area, the Federation and the Central Auditing Organization. - The conditions set by the Federation for the classification of academies are not appropriate to reality. The academies' opinion is not taken when amending any of the conditions set by the union after two years of licensing. - The independent academies did not have their own stadiums. - There is difficulty in declaring a joint stock company for the purpose of academic licensing. The difficulty of providing the necessary infrastructure to establish academies. - The period specified for renewing the license did not cover the rental period of the stadium and the wages of the Academy's employees. - No legal action is taken against any unidentified individuals or entities without obtaining a license from the Federation. The Academies Committee in the Federation does not set a system for evaluating the performance of the academies. - Unlicensed academies may use the facilities of sports institutions to train teams.
