|a عنوان البحث (دور القيمة الاعتبارية في تكوين بصمة المنتج الصناعي) مشكلة البحث: - ما هي القيم الاعتبارية التي تعتمدها عمليات التبصيم في تصميم المنتج الصناعي؟ هدف البحث: التوصل إلى فاعلية دور البصمة في تصميم المنتج الصناعي وفقا للقيم الاعتبارية. وقد تضمن البحث في فصله الأول منهج البحث المتعلق بمشكلة البحث وأهميته وأهدافه وتحديد المصطلحات، أما الفصل الثاني، فقد تضمن الإطار النظري للبحث ومؤشراته؛ إذ اشتمل على مبحثين: جاء الأول تحت عنوان، القيم الاعتبارية الخاصة بالبصمة في تصميم المنتج الصناعي، وتناول المبحث الثاني موضوعا بعنوان العلاقة التفاعلية ما بين البصمة والمتلقي، أما الفصل الثالث، فقد شمل إجراءات البحث ومنهجيته الذي تم من خلال اختيار مجتمع البحث واختيار المنهج الوصفي في دراسة الحالة؛ لأنه المنهج الأنسب لموضوع البحث. كما تضمن الفصل الرابع نتائج البحث ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث هي كما يلي: ١. تتحدد القيمة الاعتبارية الشكلية للبصمة من خلال العلامة التجارية والأسلوب التصميمي للهيئة الشكلية الخاص بالشركة المصنعة. ٢. تتحدد القيمة الاعتبارية الوظيفية للبصمة من خلال المميزات الوظيفية المتعلقة بكفاءة المنتج، متانته، راحته الاستخدامية، مواكبته للتقنيات الحديثة فضلا عن جانب الأمان (سلامة المستخدم).

Research problem: - What are the legal values adopted by the design processes in the design of the industrial product? Objective of the research: To achieve the effectiveness of the role of fingerprint in the design of industrial product in accordance with the legal values. The second chapter included the theoretical framework of the research and its indicators. It included two sections, the first came under the title, the legal values of the fingerprint in the design of the industrial product, and the second topic dealt with the subject of the relationship Interactive interaction between the fingerprint and the recipient, while the third chapter included the research procedures and methodology that was through the selection of the research community and the choice of descriptive approach in the case study because it is the most appropriate approach to the subject of research The fourth chapter also includes the results of the research. The main findings of the research are as follows: 1- The formal legal value of the stamp is determined by the trademark and design style of the manufacturer's formal body. 2- The functional value of the fingerprint shall be determined by functional characteristics related to the efficiency of the product, its durability, its user comfort, its compatibility with modem technologies as well as safety (user safety).
