المستخلص: تحددت أهداف البحث في الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الطمأنينة النفسية (على مستوى العوامل والدرجة الكلية) والتدفق النفسي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا، وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق في عوامل الطمأنينة النفسية ودرجتها الكلية في ضوء مستويات التدفق النفسي (مرتفعي التدفق النفسي- منخفضي التدفق النفسي) . وأيضا التعرف عن مدى الفروق في عوامل الطمأنينة النفسية ودرجتها الكلية لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا التي تعزى للنوع (ذكور/ إناث)، والعمر (أصغر من ٣٠ سنة /أكبر من ٣٠ سنة)، والمرحلة الدراسية (دبلومات تمهيدية/ الماجستير/ الدكتوراه)، والجامعة (القاهرة/ حلوان). وكذلك الكشف عن نسبة تعبير أفراد العينة من طلاب الدراسات العليا عن مستويات الطمأنينة النفسية لديهم (على مستوى العوامل والدرجة الكلية). وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (٢٦٠) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الدراسات العليا من كلية الدراسات التربوية العليا بجامعة القاهرة، وكلية التربية بجامعة حلوان. وقد استخدم في البحث الحالي مقياس الطمأنينة النفسية (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس حالة التدفق النفسي للمراهقين والراشدين إعداد عبد الهادي السيد عبده وفاروق السيد عثمان (٢٠١٨). وقد أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين عوامل الطمأنينة النفسية والدرجة الكلية للتدفق النفسي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الدرجة الكلية الطمأنينة النفسية والتدفق النفسي. كما أظهرت النتائج أيضا أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمستوى التدفق النفسي (مرتفعي التدفق النفسي- منخفضي التدفق النفسي) على مقياس الطمأنينة النفسية على مستوى جميع العوامل والدرجة الكلية. كما أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى للنوع (ذكور -إناث) في مقياس الطمأنينة النفسية على مستوى معظم العوامل والدرجة الكلية فيما عدا عامل التفاؤل فقد وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاه الذكور. وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى للعمر الزمنى (أصغر من ٣٠ سنة/ أكبر من ٣٠ سنة)، والمرحلة الدراسية (دبلومات تمهيدية/ ماجستير/ دكتوراه) فيما عدا عامل الغيرية والإيثار فقدت وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات طلاب الدبلومات التمهيدية والماجستير والدكتوراه في اتجاه طلاب الدبلومات التمهيدية. كما أظهرت النتائج أيضا أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا للجامعة (القاهرة- حلوان). وأخيرا أظهرت النتائج أن تعبير أفراد العينة من طلاب الدراسات العليا عن مستويات الطمأنينة النفسية على مستوى العوامل والدرجة الكلية هي نسب مرتفعة تتراوح ما بين 51.2% إلى 60.4%.

The objectives of the research were determined to reveal the nature of the relationship between psychological Security (at the level of factors and the total score) and psychological flow among postgraduate students, as well as to reveal the differences in the factors of psychological Security and their total score in light of the levels of psychological flow (high psychological flow- low psychological flow). Also, identifying the extent of the differences in psychological security factors and their total score among postgraduate students that are attributed to gender (males/females), age (less than 30 years old/ over 30 years old), educational stage (introductory diplomas/ masters/ doctoral degrees), and university (Cairo/ Helwan). As well as revealing the percentage of expression of the sample members of the postgraduate students about their levels of psychological security (at the level of factors and the total score). The main research sample consisted of (260) male and female postgraduate students from the Faculty of Higher Educational Studies at Cairo University and the Faculty of Education at Helwan University. The psychological security scale (prepared by the researcher) was used in the current research and the psychological flow status scale for adolescents and adults prepared by Abdel Hadi El-Sayed Abdo and Farouk El-Sayed Othman (2018).The results showed that there was no statistically significant correlation between the psychological security factors and the total score of psychological flow and the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the total score of psychological Security and psychological flow. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the level of psychological flow (high psychological flow- low psychological flow) on the psychological security scale at the level of all factors and the total score. Also, there were no statistically significant differences According to gender (male- female) in the psychological Security scale at the level of most of the factors and the total score, except for the optimism factor. There were statistically significant differences in the direction of males. And there were no statistically significant differences According to the chronological age (less than 30 years old/ greater than 30 years old) and the study stage (introductory diplomas/ masters/ doctoral degrees), except for the altruism and altruism factor. Orientation of pre-diploma students. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences according to the university (Cairo- Helwan). Finally, the results showed that the expression of the sample members of the postgraduate students about the levels of psychological reassurance at the level of factors and the total degree is high, ranging from 51.2% to 60.4%.
