المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب الهجرة ونتائجها بوصفها ظاهرة اجتماعية، والتعرف على خصائص الأسرة السورية والبناء الديموجرافي وعمليات التمثيل والتكامل والاندماج في المجتمع المستقبل (مصر) والعلاقات القرابية وتأثيرها في تكيف الأسرة السورية، والوقوف على مدى تكيفها مع البيئة الجديدة ومتابعتها للشأن السوري، وعلى مدى تأثرها بالأزمات الاقتصادية والسياسية في مصر، بالإضافة إلى مدى تأثير الهجرة على العلاقات الأسرية. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة على منهج دراسة الحالة عن طريق العينة، وطبقت على عينة عمدية بلغت 21 أسرة سورية، واعتمدت الدراسة في جمع البيانات على دليل دراسة الحالة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الأولية (الكمية) والبيانات الكيفية التي كشفت عن أسباب ونتائج الهجرة ومظاهر تكيف الأسرة السورية في بني سويف والتي صممت وفقا لأهداف الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة المباشرة والإخباريين. توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج من أهمها: عدم ملاءمة الموطن الجديد (مصر) لممارسة الوظائف والحرف التي تمارس في بلد المنشأ (سوريا)، العديد من الأسر السورية قد عانت من مشاكل في محاولة الوصول إلى أسواق العمل والإسكان بالإضافة إلى الرعاية المحية المجانية العامة وخدمات التعليم، أن مكان السكن والعلاقات القرابية وأسلوب العمل ووجود مناطق ترفيه والاعتماد المتبادل بين الأسر السورية لها دور فعال في عملية التكيف الاجتماعي.

This studying targeted to know the reasons of immigration and its results by describing it as a social phenomenon. It is also to know the characteristics of the Syrian family, the demographic growth, the representation and integration process in the future (Egypt), the relative relationship and its impact towards the Syrian family to be adapted to the extent that how it can cope with the new environment following up the Syrian concern, and the degree to which it is affected by the economic and political crisis. In addition, it is to grasp the extent of immigration impact on the family relations. To achieve the objects of this studying, the researcher depended on the method of case study through corporeal category, and she intentionally applied on it which reached to twenty one Syrian families. The studying also collected the data by the evidence of the case study as an essential tool to gather the primitive data (the quantity. It also gathered the qualitative data that found out the reasons and results of the immigration and the features of the Syrian family to be adapted in Bani Suef which is planned according to the targets of this studying, the directed observation, and the journalists .The studying came to recognize several results, including: the new community (Egypt) is not suitable for exercising the functions and the crafts which are exercised in the country of origin (Syria). Several Syrian families suffered from reaching the work market, the housing, the general free health care, and the services of education. The place of housing, the relative relations, way of working, places of entertainment, and the interdependent among the Syrian families have an effective role in the social adaption process.
