المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف رؤية أعضاء هيئة التدريس لجدلية العلاقة بين أزمة التركيب الطبقي وبنية التعليم في مصر من خلال الوقوف على مظاهر اختلال التركيب الطبقي وانعكاس ذلك على بنية التعليم المصري، وكيف أثرت العوامل الخارجية والداخلية في خلق أزمة المجتمع المصري البنائية ومن ثم تقديم إسهامه لتجاوز أزمة المجتمع البنائية والتعليمية، وتم استخدام المنهج الاثنوجرافي باعتبارة المنهج الملائم للدراسة الحالية، والمقابلة العميقة كأداة لتعرف رؤية أفراد عينة الدراسة لجدلية العلاقة بين أزمة التركيب الطبقي وبنية التعليم المصري. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منها ما يلي: •هناك علاقة جدلية بين أزمة التركيب الطبقي وبنية التعليم المصري وهي نتيجة لتأثير عوامل خارجية مثل عولمة الاقتصاد والضغوط الاقتصادية والهيمنة السياسية والضغوط الثقافية والأخلاقية والتعليمية وأيضا نتيجة لتأثير عوامل داخلية مثل العوامل الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية للمجتمع المصري. •تعدد مظاهر أزمة التركيب الطبقي للمجتمع المصري ومنها (ارتفاع معدلات البطالة -التفاوت في الدخل بين طبقات المجتمع المصري-تزايد حدة الفقر في مصر -تأكل الطبقة الوسطى في مصر). •تعدد مظاهر أزمة بنية التعليم المصري ومنها (غياب تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية-خصخصة التعليم المصري -الدروس الخصوصية التعليم المتميز -تعدد أنماط التعليم في مصر). وقدمت الدراسة إسهامه لكيفية تجاوز أزمة المجتمع البنائية والتعليمية.

The study aimed to know the faculty members’ view of the dialectic of the relationship between the crisis of the class structure and the structure of education in Egypt by standing on the manifestations of the imbalance of the class structure and its reflection on the structure of Egyptian education, and how the external and internal factors affected the creation of the structural crisis of the Egyptian society and then make a contribution to overcoming the crisis Our constructivist and educational society, and the ethnographic approach was used as the appropriate approach for the current study, and the deep interview as a tool to know the view of the study sample members of the dialectic of the relationship between the crisis of class structure and the structure of Egyptian education. The study reached many results, including the following: -There is a dialectical relationship between the crisis of the class structure and the structure of Egyptian education, which is the result of the influence of external factors such as the globalization of the economy, economic pressures, political hegemony, cultural, moral and educational pressures, and also as a result of the influence of internal factors such as the economic, political and social factors of the Egyptian society. -The multiplicity of manifestations of the crisis of the class structure of the Egyptian society, including (high unemployment rates - income disparity between the classes of the Egyptian society - the increasing severity of poverty in Egypt - the erosion of the middle class in Egypt). -The multiplicity of manifestations of the crisis of the structure of the Egyptian education, including (the absence of equal educational opportunities - privatization of Egyptian education - private lessons - distinguished education - multiple types of education in Egypt). The study provided a contribution to how to overcome the structural and educational crisis of society.
