المستخلص: Praise be to Allah who sent down the Qur'an to His servant so that he may be a warner to the whole world. Peace and blessing be upon our our prophet Muhammad and his family and companions, who was sent as a witness, a deliverer of good news, a warner, and a caller to Allah by His command and a beacon of light. The study of tribes is one of the important and necessary studies among other historical studies. This importance comes from the role performed by these tribes in the events of Arab-Islamic history, especially since it gave birth to men who drew a rich history in battles and became prominent leaders known by all. Hence the importance of the subject titled "the impact of the Doss tribe on Islamic conquests until the end of the Rashidun era), due to the importance of this tribe among other Arab tribes because it included a blessed group of companions and followers. Therefore, it requires us to state their military roles in Jihad for the sake of Allah Almighty and the victory of Islam and Muslims. The research has been divided into two chapters. The first chapter included the lineage of the Doss tribe and their acceptance of Islam. The second chapter included the role of the tribe in Islamic conquests until the end of the Rashidun era. 1- قبيلة دوس مبن القبائل القحطانية التي سكنت اليمن، وهي تنسب إلى رجل اسمه دوس بن عدثان بن عبد الله بن زهران بن كعب بن الحارث بن كعب بن مالك بن نصر بن الأزد. 2- تميزت قبيلة دوس بكثرة تفرعاتها حتى أنها ضمت أكثر من عشر بطون، ومنهم أشراف وفرسان بارزين رسموا تاريخا لامعا في العصر الإسلامي. 3- يعد دخول القبيلة في حظيرة الإسلام مبكرا مقارنة بالقبائل الأخرى، ناهيك عن الحلات الفردية التي سبقت القبيلة ودخلت الإسلام في بدايات الدعوة، وكانت مواقفها إيجابية في الإسلام. 4- كان للقبيلة وأبنائها الأثر البارز في الفتوحات الإسلامية إلى جنب النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم)، والخلفاء الراشدين، وعلى مختلف الجهات لاسيما الشام ومصر، وضمت فرسان وقادة باعوا أروحهم فداء للعقيدة ونشر الدين الحنيف.
