المستخلص: Divorce is a serious social problem. It is a general phenomenon in all societies with different cultures and traditions. Divorce is a word for which hearts shake by grief, souls tremble, Satan rejoices, and the throne of Almighty Rahman shakes. The family of a husband is children who all live under the same roof, living the life with all its joys and sorrows, pain and hopes, and distress; the father returns from his work and finds his life partner welcoming him, and his children surround him, (there is) laughter, play, dialogue discipline, punishment, and reward; a life that comes to life with all the meanings of this word, and then what? Everything ends at a glance as if there was nothing. Regrettably, divorce has been increasing in our Muslim communities in recent times. Divorce is the most hateful permissible thing because it carries negative effects in terms of family disintegration, increased hostility and hatred, negative effects on children, and whatever the reason for the separation of spouses, whether by mutual agreement or by any one of the two. In the case of children, the result is the same: the feeling of family deprivation and family bonding, and the warm atmosphere felt by every child while they are with their parents, leading to mental disorders that lead to deviant behavior, crime, etc. Therefore, preferred to prepare a modest study to try as much as possible to count divorce rates in the cities of Fallujah and Ramadi. We put our trust in Allah Almighty and referred to the Personal Status Courts in the two cities. We followed up and counted the reasons that led couples to divorce. We referred to the divorce boards and checked their records. We came up with this modest study, which we ask Allaah to make pure, accept it from us and make it beneficial. May it be a start for broader, more accurate, and precise studies that take sufficient time to produce better results and recommendations than we have come up with. فيعد الطلاق مشكلة من المشكلات الاجتماعية الخطيرة، وهو ظاهرة عامة في جميع المجتمعات بمختلف ثقافاتها وتقاليدها. فالطلاق كلمة تهتز لها حزنا القلوب، وترتجف لها النفوس، يفرح بوقعها الشيطان ويهتز لها عرش الرحمن، أسرة زوج أبناء كانوا يعيشون جميعا تحت سقف واحد يركبون ظهر الحياة بكل ما فيها من أفراح وأحزان، آلام وآمال سعة وضيق، أب يعود من عمله فيجد شريكة حياته في استقباله، وأبناؤه يلتفون حوله، ضحك ولعب وحوار تأديب وعقاب وثواب، حياة تدب في أوصالها الحياة بكل ما تحمل هذه الكلمة من معان، ثم ماذا؟ ينتهي كل شيء بلمحة وكأن لم يكن بين الحجون إلى الصفا أنيس ولم يسمر بمكة سامر. ومن المؤسف أن الطلاق يزداد انتشارا في مجتمعاتنا الإسلامية في الآونة الأخيرة، والطلاق هو أبغض الحلال لما يترتب عليه من آثار سلبية في تفكك الأسرة وازدياد العداوة والبغضاء والآثار السلبية على الأطفال وأيا ما كان السبب في انفصال الزوجين، باتفاقهما معا سواء بسواء أم أحدهما، ففي حالة وجود أبناء فالنتيجة واحدة، ألا وهي الشعور بالحرمان الأسري والترابط العائلي، والجو الدافئ الذي يشعر به كل طفل وطفلة في ظل تواجدهم مع والديهم مما يؤدي إلى الاضطرابات النفسية المؤدية إلى السلوك المنحرف والجريمة وغير ذلك. من أجل ذلك كله آثرنا أن نقوم بإعداد دراسة متواضعة نحاول قدر استطاعتنا إحصاء نسب الطلاق في مدينتي الفلوجة والرمادي، فتوكلنا على الله تعالى ورجعنا إلى محكمتي الأحوال الشخصية في المدينتين، وقمنا بمتابعة وإحصاء الأسباب التي تدفع الأزواج إلى إيقاع الطلاق، ورجعنا إلى مجالس الطلاق، ووقفنا على سجلاتها، وخرجنا بهذه الدراسة المتواضعة، التي نسأل الله تعالى أن يجعلها خالصة لوجهه الكريم، ويتقبلها منا وينفع بها، عسى أن تكون انطلاقة لدراسات أوسع وأكثر دقة وضبطا، وتأخذ وقتها الكافي، للخروج بنتائج وتوصيات أفضل مما خرجنا به. وقد اقتضت دراستنا أن تكون مقسمة على مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة.
