Title of the Study: Referencing the Prophetic Traditions (i.e., ahadith) that al-Haafidh Abul-Fadl as-Sulaymani graded as weak; compilation and study. Objective of the Study: The compilation, referencing, and study of the prophetic traditions that al-Haafidh Abul-Fadl as-Sulaymani graded as weak or described with religious innovation. The Study consists of: An introduction, a preface, the prophetic traditions that al-Haafidh Abul-Fadl as-Sulaymani graded as weak, a conclusion, and a table of contents. The Introduction: I mentioned in it the reason for choosing the topic, its importance, the outline, and the method. The Preface: A brief biography of al-Haafidh Abdul-Fadl ‘Ali bin Ahmad as-Sulaymani. Topic: The prophetic traditions that Abul-Fadl as-Sulaymani graded as weak. The Conclusion: In it are the most significant results, and counsels. The Table of Contents: In it are table of contents of the sources and references, and the table of contents for the topics. The Importance of the Study is Apparent: That it is connected to compiling the rulings of some of the huffaadh in grading some prophetic traditions as weak, and its study. And the Researcher Concluded with: Al-Haafidh Abdul-Fadl as-Sulaymani being amongst the most prominent of the critics of the science of Hadith. The prophetic traditions that I have come across that Abdul-Fadul as-Sulaymani graded as weak reach nine prophetic traditions. There was an error with regards to the names of the narrators. The reason for Abdul-Fadl as-Sulaymani grading them as weak goes back to a narrator be alone in what he narrated, or him being weak. And the Researcher Advises with: The study of the rulings of the prominent huffaadh of prophetic narrations in relation to their grading’s of weakness and their commentary, and checking that which has not been checked from the books of Sunnah and Men (i.e., narrators).
