المستخلص: The creative achievement is a human product that is based on complex processes in its reception, reading and interpretations that are distributed between (interpretation, analysis, composition) and emerge from the data of the cultural act in its totality of conceptual and technical loads, and the resulting transformations in the mechanisms of perception and understanding between the dualism of the self and the being. The foundations of the creative field and its formative systems have multiplied according to the processes of juxtaposition with other knowledge fields, so the Enlightenment was the first stage of leaving the fixed rules and was followed by the stage of modernity with its scientific and conceptual changes that resulted in a review between the constants and metaphysical absolutes and the discovery of Newton's relativity and Einstein's relativity and quantum theory and material theory and contemporary philosophies, which constituted an influential act in the creative culture and changes in the dialogue between the creator and reality on the one hand, and the act of creative reception towards the reader through his reception and analysis of the aesthetic meaning on the other hand. The postmodern stage also included scientific and technical variables that contributed to the review of perceptions and concepts of a relatively central nature, represented by the discovery of the concept of nanotechnology as a thought and reading technique for an era in which the methods of self-understanding change through working on the exact components of human action, as well as openness to the spaces of cultural dialogue. The concept of the interpretative meaning signified by the creative accomplishment as a text that transcends the traditional contextual context, and it is stated at every moment of reading about the priorities of the meaning that is inconsistent and incomplete except within the limits of (here-now).The above hypothesis proposes an understanding that is contiguous with the atomic facts of technological discourse in a epistemic approach to the theory of culture and what is formed of it in contemporary critical approaches (deliberative and cultural), which is confirmed by the problem of current research with the assumption of meaning and the concept of nano in contemporary critical discourse (epistemic approach(.From the foregoing, the research in its first chapter (the systematic framework) contained the research problem, importance and purpose of the research and the limits of research and the definition of terms, then the second chapter (theoretical framework), which contained three topics: The first topic: meaning - its concept - its works The second topic: Nanotechnology between concept and technology The third topic: the cognitive approach in contemporary critical discourse (meaning – nano)In the third chapter (research procedures), the researcher relied on analyzing his research sample on the cultural curriculum as an elected sample approaching the research grounds. The research concluded with the fourth chapter, which included the results of the research and its sources.

إن المنجز الإبداعي إنما هو نتاج أنساني يرتكز إلى عمليات مركبة في تلقيه وقراءته وتأويلاته بحيث تتوزع بين (التفسير، التحليل، التركيب) وتنبثق من معطيات الفعل الثقافي بمجمل محمولاته المفاهيمية والتقنية، وما ينتج عنها من تحولات في آليات الإدراك والفهم بين ثنائية الذات والموجود. لقد تعددت مراحل تأسيس الحقل الإبداعي وأنظمته التكوينية تبعا لعمليات التجاور مع الحقول المعرفية الأخرى فكان عصر التنوير أولى مراحل مغادرة القواعد الثابتة وتلتها مرحلة الحداثة بما أفرزته من تحولات علمية ومفاهيمية تعددت بين إعادة النظر في الثوابت والمطلقات الميتافيزيقية واكتشاف الجاذبية عند نيوتن ونسبية اينشتاين ونظرية الكم والنظرية المادية والفلسفات المعاصر، وهي ما شكلت فعلا مؤثرا في الثقافة الإبداعية وتغييرات التحاور بين المبدع والواقع من جهة، وفعل التلقي الإبداعي بإزاء القارئ عبر استقباله وتحليله للمعنى الجمالي من جهة أخرى. كما تضمنت مرحلة ما بعد الحداثة متغيرات علمية وتقنية أسهمت في إعادة النظر في التصورات والمفاهيم ذات الطابع المركزي نسبيا، تمثل ذلك باكتشاف مفهوم النانو بوصفه تقنية تفكيرية وقرائية لعصر تتغاير فيه أساليب فهم الذات عبر الاشتغال على المركبات الدقيقة للفعل الإنساني، فضلا عن الانفتاح على فضاءات التحاور الثقافي لمفهوم المعنى التأويلي الدال الذي يبثه المنجز الإبداعي بوصفه نصا متجاوزا للطابع السياقي التقليدي فيصرح في كل لحظة قرائية عن أوليات المعنى غير الثابت وغير المكتمل إلا ضمن حدود الـ (هنا- الآن). إن الفرضية أعلاه تقترح فهما يتجاور مع الوقائع الذرية للخطاب التكنولوجي في مقاربة معرفية لنظرية الثقافة وما يتشكل عنها في المناهج النقدية المعاصرة (التداولي والثقافي)، وهو ما أكدته مشكلة البحث بافتراضية المعنى ومفهوم النانو في الخطاب النقدي المعاصر. ومما سبق فقد احتوى البحث في فصله الأول (الإطار المنهجي) مشكلة البحث والأهمية وهدف البحث وحدود البحث وتحديد المصطلحات، ثم الفصل الثاني (الإطار النظري) والذي احتوى ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: المعنى- مفهومه- اشتغالاته المبحث الثاني: النانو بين التقنية والمفهوم المبحث الثالث: المقاربة المعرفية في الخطاب النقدي المعاصر (المعنى- النانو) أما الفصل الثالث (إجراءات البحث) فقد اعتمد الباحث في تحليل عينة بحثه على المنهج الثقافي بوصفه عينة منتخبة تقترب من منطلقات البحث. وأختتم البحث بالفصل الرابع الذي تضمن نتائج البحث ومصادره.
