المستخلص: نجد مجموعة البريكس كاختصار للدول التالية: البرازيل، روسيا، الهند، الصين وجنوب إفريقيا، قامت بوادر هذه المجموعة مع بداية الألفية الثالثة كبديل استراتيجي عن قوى أخري، يلوح إفلاسها السياسي والاقتصادي في الأفق. وتلعب دور مهما ومتناميا على الساحة الدولية، والسبب ليس كبر مساحتها وعدد سكانها فقط، وإنما بسبب نفوذها المتزايد على صعيد الناتج الاقتصادي والتعاون التجاري، والسياسة العالمية، تسعى بلدان البريكس على إحداث إصلاحات في بنية وقواعد الاقتصاد الدولي، تأخذ هذه الإصلاحات طابع "التعديلية" وليس الجذرية، بدلا من السعي لنظام دولي جديد يسعى إلى إحداث إصلاحات في نظام الدول السائدة بما يؤمن مصالحها بشكل أفضل.

We find BRICS as a brief for the following countries: Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. With the beginning of the third millennium, this group emerged as a strategic alternative to other forces, whose political and economic bankruptcy is on the horizon. And it plays an important and growing role on the international scene, not only because of its size and population, but because of its growing influence on economic output, trade cooperation and global policy. The BRICS countries seek reforms in the structure and rules of the international economy, Rather than seeking a new international order that seeks to bring about reforms in the prevailing world order to better serve its interests.

Nous trouvons BRICS dans les pays suivants: Brésil, Russie, Inde, Chine et Afrique du Sud. Avec le début du troisième millénaire, ce groupe est apparu comme une alternative stratégique aux autres forces, dont la faillite politique et économique est à l’horizon. Et il joue un rôle important et croissant sur la scène internationale, non seulement en raison de sa taille et de sa population, mais également en raison de son influence croissante sur la production économique, la coopération commerciale et la politique mondiale. Les pays BRICS réclament des réformes de la structure et des règles de l’économie internationale, plutôt que de rechercher un nouvel ordre international cherchant à introduire des réformes dans l’ordre mondial en vigueur afin de mieux servir ses intérêts.
