المستخلص: لدراسة العلاقة التأثيرية بين مصادر الاستثمار الحكومي والنمو الاقتصادي. نخص بالذكر قطاعي الصناعة والتعليم العالي ومساهمتهما في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المنشود للجزائر. مما يترك لأصحاب القرار في الدولة خيارات استراتيجية ممكنة لمواجهة التحديات والأزمات المتعاقبة خاصة منها انخفاض أسعار النفط، بحكم اعتماد الجزائر على الريع النفطي فقط بدرجة كبيرة مما يعرضها للصدمات المحتملة التي تؤثر بصفة مباشرة على النمو الاقتصادي للبلد. وإثر هذا التحدي. تسعى الدولة إلى تنويع اقتصادها لتمكنها من التغلب ومواجهة القيود المحيطة بها. رغم وجود مصادر متعددة ومتنوعة للاستثمار الحكومي. فارتأينا دراسة أثر كل من قطاعي الصناعة والتعليم العالي على النمو الاقتصادي.

To study the impact relationship between government investment sources and economic growth, we mention in particular the industrial and higher education sectors and their contribution to achieving the desired economic growth of Algeria. Pour étudier la relation impact entre les sources d'investissement public et la croissance économique, nous mentionnons en particulier les secteurs industrials et de l'enseignement supérieur et leur contribution à la réalisation de la croissance économique souhaitée de l'Algérie.
