|a يهدف بحث موضوع الستر في جريمة الزنا في الفقه الإسلامي إلى بيان المقصود بالستر في جريمة الزنا بمفهومه اللقبي، والأحكام المتعلقة بالستر في جريمة الزنا من ستر المسلم على نفسه وغيره، وستر الزوج على زوجته الزانية في حال وجود الحمل وعدمه، وستر الزوجة على نفسها في حال وجود الحمل، وعدمه، وستر الزاني على الزانية بزواجه منها، وإلحاق الولد به، والستر على البكر الزانية عند من أراد خطبتها. وخلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن ستر المسلم على نفسه وعلى غيره مندوب إليه، وقد فرق الفقهاء بين ستر الزوج على زوجته الزانية، إن نتج عن ذلك حمل، وبين الستر عليها إن لم ينتج عن زناها حمل، واتفق الفقهاء على صحة زواج الزاني ممن زنى بها، ولكنهم اختلفوا في جواز إلحاق الزاني لولده من الزنا به واختار الباحثون جواز نسبة ولد الزنا للزاني إذا لم تكن أمه فراشا فله أن يتزوجها مع حملها والستر عليها، واتفق الفقهاء على ندب الستر على البكر الزانية عند من أراد خطبتها وعدم إبلاغه بذلك.

|b This study deals with the topic of concealment in the crime of adultery in Islamic jurisprudence, by explaining what is meant by covering up in the crime of adultery in its lucid sense, and the provisions related to concealment in the crime of adultery from covering a Muslim for himself and others, and the husband’s concealment of his adulterous wife in the event of a pregnancy or not, and the wife’s concealment of The same in the event that there is pregnancy or not, and the adulterer covers the adulterous woman by marrying her, and the boy is attached to him, and the virgin is covered by the adulterous woman who wants to marry her. The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: That the Muslim conceals himself and others on his behalf, and the jurists have differentiated between covering the husband with his adulterous wife, if this results in pregnancy, and covering her if her adultery does not result in pregnancy, and the jurists agree on the validity of the adulterer marriage. Those who committed adultery with her, but they differed in the permissibility of the adulterer joining his son from adultery with him, and the researchers chose the permissibility of attribution of the child of adultery to the adulterer, if his mother was not a bed, then he may marry her while carrying her and covering her.
