المستخلص: الهدف الرئيسي من هذا المقال هو تحليل العوامل التنمية الديناميكية الإقليمية التي تميز ولاية البليدة، وتسليط الضوء على المميزات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لولاية البليدة باعتبارها عناصر أساسية لجاذبية وظهور التنمية الإقليمية تستند الدراسة الاستكشافية إلى مسح ميدانياً جريمة معينة من 110 شركات متخصصة في الأغذية الزراعية تقع في ولاية البليدة، مما أتاح لنا تحديد أنماط عملية التنمية الإقليمية لعملية التكتل، وعملية التخصص وعملية المواصفات.

The main object of this article is to analyze the factors of local development and territorial dynamics that characterizes the wilaya of Blida, is to shed light on the socio-economics assets of the wilaya the Blida as fundamental elements for attractiveness and the emergence of territorial development. The exploratory study is based on a field survey conducted with a sample of 110 firms agro-food located in the wilaya the Blida, allowed us to specify the modes of process of territorial development through the process of agglomeration, the process of specialization and the process of specification.

L’objet principal de cet article consiste à l’analysedes facteurs du développement local et dynamique territorial qui caractérise la wilaya de Blida, est de faire un éclairage sur les atouts socio-économiques de la wilaya de Blida comme éléments fondamentaux pour l’attractivité et l’émergence du développement territorial. L’étude exploratoire est fondée sur une enquête de terrain menée auprès d'un échantillon de 110 entreprises agroalimentaires localisées dans la wilaya de Blida, nous a permis de spécifier les modes de processus du développement territorialà travers le processus de l’agglomération, le processus de la spécialisation et le processus de la spécification.
