المستخلص: موضوع البحث: حماية المرأة في السنة النبوية. أهداف البحث: عرض قضايا المرأة على الكتاب والسنة وجعل الحاكمية لها دون ما سواهما، والرد على الشبهات التي تثار في هذا العصر من أعداء الإسلام حول قضايا المرأة المسلمة، وأن الإسلام حمى المرأة، ورفع مكانتها. منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الاستنباطي. أهم النتائج: -أن الشريعة الإسلامية جاءت بحماية الدماء والأعراض والأموال بغض النظر عن اللون والجنس. -أن الإسلام حرم دم المرأة ولم يفرق بينها وبين الرجل في حماية الدم والنفس ما لم تأت بما يحل دمها. -أن الاعتداء على الرجل والمرأة في الإثم سواء بدلالة النصوص القاطعة والإجماع. - أن الإسلام حمى المرأة من الاعتداء الجسدي: فنهى الإسلام عن ضرب النساء لغير حاجة، وإنا لعلاج النشوز ويكون ذلك بعد الوعظ، وبعد الهجران، ويجب أن يكون الضرب غير مبرح. - جاءت الشريعة بحماية العرض بأمرين: تشريع الأسباب الوقائية لحماية عرض المرأة. كفرضية الحجاب وغيرها. وتشريع العقوبات وإقامة الحدود، كحد القذف والزنا والشذوذ. - التوصيات: ضرورة عرض قضايا المرأة على الكتاب والسنة وجعل الحاكمية لهما دون ما سواهما. وإنشاء هيئة علمية متخصصة لتتبع ورصد ما ينشؤه الإعلام العالمي والمؤتمرات الدولية حول قضايا المرأة وبيان الحق منه والانتفاع به، ورد ما هو باطل يخالف الشرع والتحذير منه. والرد على الشبهات التي يروج لها أعداء الإسلام حول المرأة في الإسلام.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Indeed, all praise is due to Allah. We praise Him and seek His aid, forgiveness, and guidance. We seek refuge with Allah from the evil of our own selves and our bad deeds. Whomsoever Allah guides, no one else can misguide them, and whomsoever Allah leads astray, no one else can guide them. From among the topics of research in the field of studies surrounding the life of the Prophet Muhammad is: (Islam defence of the women against the violence in the prophetic Sunnah) The Importance of this topic and the reasons for selecting it: • Verily, women are half of society, in fact they are the entire society; for, they graduate the future generations, hence, taking an interest in their issues is a must. • As a response to those fallacies that have been stirred up about Muslim women, and a clarification of the truth concerning these matters The Methodology of Research: This research paper required the use of an integrative approach, which is represented in a collection of academic research approaches: • An Inductive Approach: Establishing the validity of the thesis from the evidence presented in the prophetic traditions of the Prophet Muhammad. • An Analytical Approach: to be applied to all of the research paper's chapters. • A Qualitative Approach: recording the prophetic traditions and all the various narrations of each single tradition and the statements of the scholars regarding their authenticity. • A Narrative Approach: The examination of all the narrations of the prophetic traditions used as support for the thesis along with the statements of the scholars of Islam concerning them. • A Deductive Approach: Deduction of the final conclusions based upon the chains of narrations and contents of the prophet traditions after studying them (in depth). And with this, I ask the Cherisher and Sustainer of all that exists, the Most Generous to provide me with beneficence and success, as well as aid me in completing this research paper in a way that He will be happy and pleased with. Our last supplication is that verily all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and that the Mercy of Allah and His protection be upon His trustworthy prophet, Muhammad.
